Had them out in June to look at our Kenmore Elite refrigerator that quick cooling. Upon checking the refrigerator we were told that the compressor went out and that it was not repairable due to being a sealed system. Based on Chriss diagnosis we purchased a new refrigerator at a cost of $2600. Since then I have learned that the compressor was fixable at an average cost of $500 to $1000. Friends of ours had the same problem with their Kenmore Elite and had it fixed for around $600. Thanks to Elswick appliance repair we spent approximately $2000 more than we needed to. I have called twice to question their service and cannot get a call back. First time, I left a message and when I did not get a return call after two days I called back. This time a female answered and stated that she relayed the message to Chris when I first called, however he has been really busy. She would have him call me that evening. That was 4 days ago and still no call. I would definitely not recommend this repair service to anyone.

I called yesterday towards the end of the day and said they were slammed but would fit me in if possible. They arrived at noon, very professional and took care of us. When we asked questions: we got HONEST answers that werent geared to get more money. A company you can trust: which in this world is rare. Highly recommended!

Very nice and polite. We had an issue with our dishwasher door after we had new floors installed. They set up a time for the repair that worked with our schedule. We definitely will use them again.

My fridge died so I contacted them Monday morning. They were out to look at my fridge in a couple of hours. They had my fridge fixed in ten minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Ended up being a bad relay, I am very glad I called them. I wasn’t going to get it checked out. I thought I knew what was wrong with it and that it was going to be very expensive to fix so was just going to go buy one. So glad I listened to my wife when she said your not an expert call someone first.

Said i had a leak in the walls of my refrigerator. Come to find out they didnt even test the compressor which i found out is bad. Also its hard to determine a leak in the piping/wall with out a port to connect a vacuum pump too. They are sure to take your money however. I would not recommend.

I was somewhat disappointed that they were unsuccessful in their repair of our dryer, and worried what we were paying for a mystery issue, but they were great. Even though they couldnt figure it out, they gave a 100% refund despite making 3 separate calls WITH PARTS. Very impressed with the service. Extremely trustworthy. If I need any other repairs, they will absolutely be my first call.

I will say they showed up, but left before we could get to the door. They waited less than 2 min. No phone call to see if we were there! My wife called them immediately and no answer but left a message. Later called again and no answer but left a message a second time! Called 5 times total with no returned calls. Youre fired!!
