I have been here over 3 times and have not been satisfied with the service. Each time there was a different issue. The first time the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. Also my waxer left baby powder on my lady parts. The second time I was seen by Natalie she was good, but hard to book with her. The third time I was left with hairs all over the place and wax. The do not retain staff, this place needs a makeover.

Ive been coming here for wax sessions since March 2019. Haley is so good at her job and always ensures there are no hairs left. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell, and the Treat Ingrown Serum is a must have for anyone getting waxed. Ive never had a problem getting an appointment on the day and time I need. Its also right next to great stores to shop afterwards!

Ive never posted a negative review. But EWC is the absolutely WORST establishment to perform any type of personal waxing service for any human being. They cant seem to retain staff, front desk and management lack leadership and there appears to be zero accountability or commitment to customer service. Save yourself the disappointment and find another waxing entity that actually cares about your service and their reputation - EWC does not.

I’ve only gone here twice and I always book to get waxed with Julia. She is Amazing!! She makes you feel comfortable and she’s really gentle! I’ve definitely started recommending her to friends and family! Awesome place to get waxed!

Didn’t give me privacy to take off my pants, didn’t get the hair all the way off and didn’t get the wax all the way off... talk about unprofessional. I literally went to my car after the wax and there was still wax on my skin? Yea definitely the worse place ever. This was my first time going here and it will definitely be my last. Thanks for the discount though.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to tell the esthetician twice to remove patches of hair that she missed and then once I got home, I noticed that there was even more hair that she failed to wax off from the area I had paid for (this was for a Brazilian wax). If Im paying $56 plus a tip for this service, best believe I expect all of the hair to be removed completely. The Arlington highlands location is much more professional.

I use European Wax Center for wax hair removal. I love that you can use their service anywhere.Mansfield location is great- always Excellent Customer Service. I’ve used two associates at this location- no complaints.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Went here for my first leg wax. Left with huge patches of hair still all over my legs. More broken hairs than anything else.Contacted them via the website but no help. As well as a follow up review for this specific location, again no help. Didnt even bother to contact me regarding my experience.Such a disappointment and waste of $

I went in a week ago for my first Brazilian and it went great! I was scared at first since I have never gotten it done but Natalie was great and made the process as painless as possible. I already booked my next appointment with her and would recommend her to many others! Loved it!

Love, love, love my experience there. From my confirmation call to the minute I walked out the door after my appointment was first rate. The receptionist was very professional and Stephanie, my wax specialist was delightful and fast. I am definitely going back.

Made an appointment online here 2 weeks ago and was called an hour before saying there was a mistake in the system and my appointment was already booked by someone else. Today I made an appointment this morning for this evening at 5:15pm. I received an email confirmation as well as a phone call confirming the 5:15 time. I showed up at 5:11 today to be told that my appointment was at 5pm. After showing the front desk girl my email with the confirmed 5:15 time and explaining to her what had happened 2 weeks ago, all she was able to do was try and get me in after 7pm. Super frustrating and would expect more consideration as this has happened twice.

I live how fast and efficient the ladies are. I come every 4 weeks and they are always so nice and patient with me

Great people there! I got a lip, chin and brow wax done. Their wax doesnt burn my skin after its removed and I didnt leave the place with redness and soreness. They take really good care of you...and this was my first time here and 3 weeks since any waxing

My service from Katie today was phenomenal!!I am also a waxing esthetician so I have very high expectations when it comes to getting Brazilians. I usually do my own because no one can ever get every last hair like I like it. But I ran out of wax and was in a pinch to keep my wax on cycle for my vacation next month... I was wrong not to give this place a try sooner! Katie was excellent from beginning to end. She made me feel comfortable the whole time, talked to me the entire time. Even as a waxer, I still get nervous getting waxed by other people but she was amazing, I cant give her enough praise. Definitely go check her out, bc she is definitely my new wax lady because its hard to do your own haha. Thank you Katie!!The only thing I was disappointed about, but is obviously not going to detour my review for Katie.. was that I did NOT get my first service free. Im not someone who bounces around to get free or discounted services, but it is a nice little incentive to make sure I like the place before I pay full price, so I was a little frustrated that I didnt get that.

I went once and Ive been hooked! I went to the fort Worth location first and once I saw they opened one this close to me I came to try it out and found it nearly as plesant as my first experience! They have all sorts of fun deals and are very sweet ladys who dont make you feel uncomfortable.

All locations have provided consistent and excellent service.

Ive been once, and it was ok, hours are convienant my girl was really sweet BUT i found Foxxology Wax studio down the street on Cooper she is AMAZING... very knowledgeable,and I love how she does my brows and my Brazilian was the least painful wax Ive ever had with her.
