I loved this store. Has a little bit of everything and definitely a lot of unique gift ideas. I will definitely be back.I bought holiday socks. Very soft and festive.

Only a 14 day return policy. Cant really buy someone a gift with this short of a return policy. I wont be back.

Nice little shop with lots of great things to buy. Very friendly staff. Loved looking at the merchandise, some very interesting things to find.

Good Things is a great trendy-hip-chic type store. They have all the neat little drink glasses, wine glasses, and shakers for your cocktail party and several books on cocktails too. They also have a bunch of stuff for a taco party. Stuff for the barbecue, cookbooks, soup bowls, trivets, gadgets, and the like. They have great wall decor and candles, and their inventory changes to the seasons. They also have an area for kids games and sensory items that are very cool. And for the chic lady, a nice area of shirts, skirts, blouses, necklaces, rings, and scarves. It is hard to go in and not spend an hour or two and some money! Great store, check it out!

This review is mixed. I love to shop at Good Things because of the vast array of gadgets, unique gifts, clothing, etc! The part I don’t like is their customer service and return policy. WARNING: KEEP YOUR RECEIPTI bought a foldable rainbow keyboard for my granddaughters. The item stopped working so I brought it back for an exchange. To my shock and surprise they won’t let me exchange it without the receipt! I wasn’t asking for money back - just to exchange it.While every other store will stand behind their products, I was very disappointed Good Things wouldn’t!Then when I contact them further they said they would have the manager call - yep, you guessed it - no call!Horrible customer service as they didn’t even attempt to say why I was never contacted by the manager.To this day (at least a month of waiting) still nothing. They want us to support local businesses, yet they don’t support their patrons.Very disappointed!Buyer beware!

Super cool shop to go to. I found a Bob Ross cup that turns into a painting and bought it for Mom and she loved it.

Purchased a mug at the state fair yesterday . I brought a mug to the check out at the fair & the girl put it back on the shelf giving us one in a box. Nice. But we went to give the gift today & wrong mug inside. We had not even thought to check when the girl switched ours. Now we have Betty White mug instead of Freida! No stores near us & I called Maple Grove person said she would have someone call but we may have to exchange at Grand Avenue store. We live in Savage. Not happy. I hope they will ship & let us return through the mail. This was not our error but customer service.

Good Things has a very restrictive return policy, which is not communicated clearly, if at all at the time of purchase. I recently traveled to Arbor Lakes shopping center for the first time and bought a variety of gift and home decor items at Good Things, including a Christmas throw pillow. I was not informed of their return policy upon check out. When I got home the pillow I had purchased did not fit the space. It took me a little over three weeks to find the time to get back up to Arbor Lakes to return the pillow. At that time I was informed that they have a 14 day return policy and a no return policy on all Holiday items. When I pointed out that Arbor Lakes is a destination shopping local, difficult to return to if you do not live close, they were uninterested. As I had my receipt I then asked for store credit, again they were completely uninterested, my concerns were dismissed; I felt disregarded. The fact that Good Things is a local company makes this experience even more disappointing. I will stick with Patina.

Solid little store if you are looking for unique gifts. I found some great stocking staffers this past holiday season! Definitely a store to check out if you are in the area and have some time to kill.

I had anAunt try to return a Christmas pillow she bought. They would not let her even tho it was till Christmas time. Their return rules of 14 days is stupid she lives far from the store and it was still holidays. I will never shop there again. The lady was very rude and snippy to both of us.
