They are closed right now this is maybe the 4th time Ive come her before closing and the doora were locked. I called the store Robert said due to short staff he had to close early. Im not sure how hes able to make that decision but its kind of obsurd that workers make corporate decisions

Very clean, well stocked shelves. I love the expanded freezer section. Convenient without the convenient store prices! Also, loved all the cute, spring items in the home decor section.

Please clean up. Our community deserves better. Ive walked in and out of this place plenty of times because of the presentation of the store.

Why do I go here...the clerk was nice enough but clueless. The store was a mess. The fact that the store is close to home is wearing thin.

If you need any home essentials, they are likely to have it. The issues I have whenever I go here, there are multiple boxes lining the aisles and it is usually difficult to get behind them to reach what I am there for. The staff, depending on who is working, tend to give off a negative vibe. It is not as clean as the other Dollar Generals I have shopped at further East. I do not frequent this location, only when my mother needs me to run here for her since she lives in the area unlike me.

Is easy to find everything the workers are very helpful its a clean place the workers are very courteous very professional and you can get everything very cheap there I enjoy shopping there and everything Ive ever bought was fresh as far as foods go and everything else I have about I had no reason to return not one item I was pleased with everything that I bought there.

Great selection of stationary items. They have items even craft stores dont carry, which in fact were exactly what I needed. Very friendly staff. Love the extended store hours - very convenient!! Hopefully they keep those hours.

Covid is no longer an excuse they just need to shut down if they not gone stock up on items

The cashier lady named Pandora is rude she needs to find another job she always has an attitude when you ask answer questions about prices and things are always ringing up wrong, she says thats above her pay grade either you can buy the items or dont buy them

This location really has changed for the worst. The floors are always dirty, stuff spilled and don’t gotten up, the shelves are never stocked any more and the service is really poor now.

The prices are affordable but many times I end up waiting in line a little too long for my liking. The parking lot could also be more well lit at night.

Store to congested and as a mom its impossible to carry my infant and my bags of groceries to the car but dollar general doesnt let you take the cart outside past the door. This is stupid as ever and discourages shopping. I live 3 minutes from this store and will drive 17 minutes to family Dollar because of the stupid cart rule. I should be able to take my items to my car with ease.

Due to the clientele, Im not surprised its dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean dirty! Maple Heights is not known for its cleanliness. But, the employees at Broadways Dollar General are extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be around. The reason I didnt give it a perfect rating was due to the filth.

This location was in maple heights.. In the plaza... This store is always junky.. I really have not had a good experience in there.. Never stayed long enuf to get any help... Messy store... Price are nothing like Family Dollar.. Or Dollar Tree... Will visit one more time... Hopefully they gey it right this time

This wasnt my neighborhood store, however, very clean and compact. All items were very easy to locate and employees were more than happy to assist you with your shopping needs!

It got a lot more stuff that you need to clean but they do not have water like Wal mart

Larger DG store but has some stocking issues. Most sale items in HBA are always Out of stock. But what can you expect, its a busy store in a shopping plaza!

The people are always nice and helpful. The store could be cleaner but over all I always find what I need.

A lot of the shelves were empty. Also, the floor tiles were very dirty, peeling, and scraped up. Its so bad that its the first thing that you notice when you walk in the door. The staff appeared to be nice though.

Surprisingly they did not have the pain relief patches. And I didnt like the fact that the cashier asked me for my date of birth when I bought cold medicine for my kids.

The Manager Shanita was Very Rude, Cursing and yelling. Im 9Months Pregnant, I was inquiring about a Gift card that I received at my baby shower that did not have a balance on it. that was purchased at this store. Shanita said she remembers the purchase. I wanted to know how to get the matter resolved so that I could retrieve the 50 dollars. She refused to help me. I asked for the district managers number and also cooperates number. She said shes not giving me S***. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.This woman really hurt my feelings.
