I was assisted quickly after seeking someone who was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. The lady even scanned the tag to see if what I wanted was available at another local store, sadly it wasnt. However, she said it was available to order but I declined at this time. The store was clean, nice staff, following Covid safety measures, and not too busy. I would go back again if I needed something else.
Over at Maplewood, MN Best Buy... Man came in just to buy a washer right? Stacey the man saved us money and not only money refunded our fridge we bought the week prior then gave us the discount that we shouldve gotten THEN EXPLAINED Best Buy Beta! If you got a credit card with them. That is a must.The boss Traci is the mastermind! Need a hook up? Ask for them. Im telling you, they know their stuff and set YOU up RIGHT!Oh yeah the washer is awesome plus the fridge.Love it and love the team!
Went to recycle a microwave and they wouldnt take it even though on their website it said they would. On top of that they had another microwave already in the recycle pile. Call ahead of time before wasting your time driving there.

Came in because I spilled water on my laptop. The crew at Maplewood Best Buy were polite, very helpful, and made sure I knew everything that was going on and was okay with it. They got my laptop shipped in and out sooner than estimated dates and their manager Robert Caldwell II was extremely kind when I picked it up. My laptop hasnt had a single issue since!!
Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Helped me buy my tv, zero pressure into buying any warranty packages and even helped me find something online needed for the tv that they were out of stock.

Online and phone service reps sent me to 4 different Best Buy locations for camera batteries and charger, NONE of them had it. I spent 3 hours driving a diesel pick-up and spent about $50 in fuel to NOT get the product. Speaking to someone IN STORE would have remedied this.This is why Amazon is killing your business.
So happy Logitech webcams are in stocks! What a difference it makes. My laptop camera just wasnt cutting it. Fast service.
Just echoing what other have already said. The employees are great and work hard to get a solution that works for you but the managers are this store are really awful. I worked with Amanda one time and she came off extremely rude and with a “I don’t wanna be here” attitude. I feel bad for these kids working with such bad examples.
By far one of the most disappointing excruciatingly frustrating and embarrassing places I have ever been to in my entire life. Never have I been so insulted by a manager in front of my daughters none the less. I went into this Best Buy to purchase headphones for my daughters and my son. If you have ever been shopping with your children then you know it can be quite frustrating, one of the things I prefer to do when Im purchasing items is thing items is not waste a whole lot of time browsing and purchase what I need to as swiftly as possible as things may get quite shifty depending on the places that I am visiting. This establishment proved me 100% right in not trusting individuals to mind their business. In the retail industry it is reasonable to suspect that someone maybe shop lifting, how however in the process of being a manager one thing that I feel you should do is your due diligence if youre going to accuse someone of stealing. This was not done, I was accused of theft, I was embarrassed in front of my daughters and it was one of the worst experiences I could have had in the process of visiting an electronic store to purchase over $700 in material. I will never visit this store again this was the worst store I have ever visited in my entire life and I want others to know if you are going to visit with your children dont.

The man at the door greeted me and sent me in the right direction, I walked the aisle for maybe a minute until someone asked if I needed help finding something. The one I had in my hand was not exactly what I wanted but he showed me the one I did actually need, found the better HDMI cable for me, and I purchased it and left. Great experience altogether.
Best Buy is stressful. Doesnt have what Im looking dor half the time I go, if they do its marked up so High I usually cannot justify the purchase and walk out empty handed.Sales people make it real annoying and awkward.One star. Step ya game up Best Buy.I Do Not Recommend 👎

Service was unfortunately what we probably are just getting use to. I asked if they still sold batteries for a 35mm camera and the response I got was If we do, they would be back just in front of appliances. Id say Best Buy should figure out how I can just ask Google where things are in their store and they can just let that guy go work somewhere else, preferably not in customer service.
Purchased the phone I wanted but the service was slow. At one point three associates were helping one customer when myself and others needed assistance. Also, the recommended phone case was not for my phone but the slightly older model so that needed to be returned.
It was quick and easy for my dad to find the laptop he needed. The sales person was really helpful and she made sure he got the best deal.

They took out my HDD free, but just so you know if your computer doesnt work and you take the drive out, they assume you will give it to them for parts. Make sure to ask for it back if you dont want that. Also, they will recycle it free.

We had a wonderful experience at Best Buy this afternoon. We went in to purchase a laptop for our daughter. Her old one finally kicked the can and is now in laptop heaven.Our sales associate Seth was phenomenal. His knowledge and the way he explained all the features of the many many different types of laptops was more helpful than imaginable. We were not looking forward to this for that very same reason, to many choices.However, we walked away with the perfect laptop for our daughter and felt very good about the purchase. The only way that could have happened was Seth. Top shelf sales associate.The check out was equally as nice. The sales associate at the check out explained the options available to us with great knowledge, explaned our options, was very friendly and the courteous.A1 day at Best Buy!!!Thank you Seth...

Refrigerator install service calls me and asks me if Im going to be home in 30 mins I say yes. I empty old fridge out and wait, wait, wait. I call them back no answer, no answer, I text them no reply- 5-hours later on Memorial Day weekend I finally get through to customer service and they say all they can do is reschedule me for a week later. I have ring door bell not to mention being in my house the entire time wasnt enough to get the service I paid for. The saleswoman who sold me the fridge was asking weird questions when I bought it so I asked if they has a lot of problems with delivery and should I expect problems- no, no its usually the customers- Should of been my warning sign. I will know next time. BEWARE!!
They had the Jlab audio Rewind Wireless Retro headphones so I had to impulse buy it. I know they dont deliver high-end sound, but for $19.99, they sound just fine. Their charging port placement is a little funky, but it was cheap, ya know 🙂.
I got this home stereo 10 years ago from Best Buy, and it still works great. This is one of those situations where you wish you didnt spend the extra money on the warranty package, because I didnt need it, Lol ...Im thinking its going to get retired to the garage and Im going to have to upgrade the home stereo system.Does Best buy still have a home stereo / theater specialist with a snobby sound room to test out all there ridiculously awesome speakers and amps.I was thinking about something more compact and pushes the bass harder, and with library of music applications.Im getting tired of plugging my phone into my home stereo to the play all the digital versions of the same old stuff, lol ...
Recently bought a new TV and sound bar here and had a great experience! Employees were helpful when needed, but I didnt feel like anyone was hovering. David was the employee who helped us out. I appreciated how well he answered our questions, and when he wasnt 100% sure of an answer, he looked it up quickly instead of just guessing. I also appreciated that he helped us load the tv into our tiny hatch back! (Yikes)
Ive had good experiences here... But you do often get employees who are confident that they know stuff that they dont really know. So always double check their opinions. Otherwise I never had a problem here!
I was harassed at this job for a month and never payed for my work for two weeks, I’m only 18 I don’t know how to sue a company for not helping there employees but I would if I knew

The store provides great custmer service, but needed to contact someone/anyone at the store after my purchase due to missing part. Best Buy Corp call service would NOT connect me over the phone to the store. Couldnt believe it! I will look to purchase electronics elsewhere in the future. I feel bad for their store employees.
So I took advantage of a promotion that they told me I would have 2 years of interest free payments. What they didn’t tell me is that if I didn’t pay it off in full before that expired that they were going to back charge me 2 years of interest which equates to $2,500. Do not let these scam artists bend you over backwards, I’m am going to get back at these scammers and the sales person who lied to me.
Love best buy but their selection has slimmed down when it comes to video games and accessories.

Did curbside pickup...but not in the right place! An employee came out of the store and very nicely explained where the real pickup location was and then delivered the item to my car. She also explained the protection plan to me. Great customer service!

Stopped in to buy a sub to replace my 15 year old Onkyo. Zac, Dave, and.... (I forgot the third name) were beyond helpful and suggested an option they felt may be superior at a similar price point. I went with my original choice of the PB--1000 due to some minor issues with the demo that were more than likely not actually going to be an issue, but a red flag is a red flag. Third super helpful fella that worked in the audio dept. 4/24 around 2pm gave me some recommendations that I will come back for soon. Thanks guys. I appreciate your tiiime.

Then, you get an alert they’re on the way to drop off. Show your 4-digit receipt code and you’re set! Very painless.
Reason for going: found a great graphs laptop deal here, took advance of the 12mth free interest finance, and the 3yr warranty is worth it because of how tough my wife is on laptops.
I brought a laptop for repair the first wee of December 2020, I was told about two weeks, four weeks passed and I hadn’t heard from Best Buy. I went in to the store and was told that they were waiting for an authorization from me to repair it. I told them fix it. Three weeks pass and I get an email from Apple asking me to take a survey about the service on the repair.I still haven’t seen the laptop! I’ve tried to call Best Buy in maplewood, Minnesota several times. I always go through the menu and am told please hold for an associate. No one ever answered my call. If I was in town I would go there and maybe then the management could tell me where my laptop is!
They could do better if they hire more attendees

I had an Awesome shopping experience at the maplmaplewood Best Buy Location. The people in the audio and video department were absolute Rockstars 🤗. Their great customer service made my shopping experience less intimidating and I learned a great deal about the items I came to shop for. I will be returning to Best Buy real soon for another electronic purchase

I was in the market for laptop. I was sad to find in my price range of $500-600, There was not many options to choose from. Then found a laptop that i would rather enjoy. When asking the employee if he could not find it. He said theres only a open box. I tell him I can take the open box. He gos and comes back empty handed he tells me the open box never existed. Then I asked him to buy the display he told me no even though they were not carrying the laptop no more. He said its a stock issue not a discontinued item. I asked when he would be seeing more and he was not sure . I over all was not happy with bestbuy. Last year I bought some headphones for gaming and they turned out to have issues. They still have not been fixed or replaced even when brought back in there covid 90 day back garentee.
