This will be the first review Ive have written in awhile but I felt compelled to write a review for Parrish. Rarely today do you get the type of customer service he provides. If you are looking to do business I strongly suggest it.

Our family has been dealing with this particular Home Choice for many many years. We have bought tvs, computers(laptops), a couch set and game consoles.The people who work here are some of the nicest people and always helpful. PARISH is one person I deal with the most. He has gone so far out of his way for me...Im impressed and thankful.Professional and courteous. This store is the place to go when you want to do payments and not get grossly overcharged like you do with the competition. Excellent!!!

The lady name Breyonna, that work’s here is very rude and unprofessional. I informed the manager Perish about her unpleasant behavior. Nothing was done and the issue’s continue. Therefore, I’m making this public statement.The Home Choice in Maplewood is not even worthy of the one star I was forced to leave to complete this review.

Love this place! Only home choice I will go to even thought I moved to Brooklyn park. Amazing people, absolutely outstanding experience over the last 3 years. Always willing to bend over backwards to help you pay your bill never a bad attitude if you cant I just cant say enough good things about this place

I have received incredible service there. I have not missed a payment and the courtesy call that they give to remind you of your payment at the end of the day, on my due date is great. My mother and Aunts have been going there for years, with no problems. When they were going to be late, all they had to do was CALL and the helpful staff put notes in and tried to help them get on track. Communication is the key.

There all great ppl store. Also store manager josh has a beautiful soul. Nice and easy people to work with! Store prices are negotiable the more money you throw down the cheaper it gets. Prices set for financing pay it all with cash they will give you a great deal.

Ive had no problem, they do call a lot but I understand they got a job to do. I do make my payments so I really dont get any attitude from the workers. But the interest rate is ridiculously Hi thats the reason for 3 stars.

Definitely will be getting in touch with regional managers or even corporate. I will not go back to them at all. The call you so much in one day its really ridiculous. Then show up at your house with all types of attitudes. Dont waste your time. Just save your money and go buy it. Not worth the harassment.

Not terrible. Expensive, but they have nice stuff. Its my fault my credit is crap. I buy a couple products I want or need and I get to make pretty fair payments and it helps my credit. If your late or going to be late call them be real with them. Tell them when they can get their money and theyll work with you. Dodge them and they gonna keep calling. This place isnt meant for people with good credit. If you had that you wouldnt be paying probably one and half times the retail price. Like anything, dont buy what you cant afford.

Been with them for years. If you get behind in a payment, yes they will call a few times, however they have been understanding and helpfull whenever I go in and talk to them. Their phone service can be rude/put off-ish at times but the people themselves have always been more then accommodating when I go into the store.

Everything in this store is overpriced. Do a price match with the manufacturer website or local retailers such as Target, Bestbuy, Walmart and you will see. They had Playstation 4s priced at $800 at one point for all models lol what a ripoff. Smart HDTVs priced 1x-2x more then MSRP. Homechoice has a Unprofessional Staff and they Harass people. Be sure to do a pricematch especially on their Electronics. A merchandise worth only $400 and Homechoice will add $200-$800 on top of if and sell it to you for $1200.00 with financing. RIPOFF! Go somewhere else and do LAYAWAY. I know people who bought from them and I witnessed how they work. Bad credit or Good Credit doesnt F matter pricetag shouldnt be priced high. Only Interest Depends on Credit.

Over priced. They are the Car Hop of furniture. Its all really nice stuff but you pay double the msrp. They sell PS3s for $500! What a joke! The employees are all sleazy used car salesmen. Not only are the prices double, but they start everyone out at 20% interest rate on top of that! The only good thing is you dont need any money to walk out with something. Just tell them you have a job and you get to make payments on the stuff. Oh and ALL the phone calls!!!! When they delivered the stuff to my house the deliver guy asked for a $20 tip for him and his buddy!

This store has the most rudest,crooked, scam, scheming conving and ripoff employees I ever had the stressful complicated and nightmarish experience with .they run a con, lying, scheming in the beginning .I rented a 60 inch smart tv which was old,outdated,used and a thought to be new but it was old, used and didnt work surround sound that only cost 300.00 which I found out they were trying make me pay about 600.00 for no I returned it because it didnt work they pretended to give me a credit of 300.00 which I didnt receive store credit or any money toward the old smart tv which they raised the agreement price from 1200 dollars to 1800 dollars .you call them on it they all lie .Although I have paid them over the price of the old,used,outdated tv and insurance they now want more money although the tv has went out and they wont honor the insurance and give me another tv they expect me to give them more money and keep putting false negative marks on my credit report that I dispute because I paid them over the cost of the old,outdated,used tv and they wont honor the insurance that I paid on all this time so Im writing calling anyone I can that knows they are a total ripoff con scheming rude company .My advice to anyone dont rent from any Home choices their coparate company is Rent A Center who was scheming conning rude ripoff that got sued for the same problems over charging discriminatory manipulative people who try take advantage of people who are poor and with no so good credit they prey on people with bad credit or cant afford the items they want outright this is a horrible company. I written the BBB.and the Attorney general and disputed the lies on my credit report im not going to stop disputing writing complaints about them until someone does something about them ripping off scheming conning putting lies on my credit report.

All there equipment for electronics is 3rd party, there intrest rate is out of control like there price,the people who work there,dont know anything about there products, and they are extremely rude,and i meen rude!there warranty plan is a hoax,for computers it takes 2 - 3 weeks to be repaired,even when you just bought the product,and the product is still not fixed right,so if your using a computeryou bought from them for work, youre out of luck!

I had gone six months without missing a single payment on anything. The second you are one day late the harassing phone calls begin. After a week they started showing up at my house and my familys houses. These people need a lesson in how to do business and treat customers. I would suggest staying as far away from this ridiculous place as possible. Place is a JOKE.

Harassing phone calls to family and at work, had to go district manager and regional manager to even get the store manager to act like a human. Love seat damaged on delivery, it took SIX MONTHS, many phone calls, ANOTHER call to regional mananger to get replacement. All the time being harrassed for payment. NOT on good, positive thing to say about the Maplewood MN Home Choice.

Horrible! The delivery people obviously dont know how to act towards customers not only that if I would have gotten told that they need to come in my house and set my tv up I never would have did it to begin with! Um privacy much? And on top of that they need a copy of my lease!? No I do not recommend this place to anybody!

Harrassing phone calls to job and family, communication skills between departments is poor, just down right poor service bed was damaged upon delivery having to call district manager, i dont even want to go in the store to make payment would much rather do it over the phone regretting doing business with them
