Adam was very good at letting us know what was available and presenting us with options. Rob did a good job as well, explaining all parts of the finance part and explaining the different options to protect the car. We were never pressured into anything and were given plenty of time to make the choices that we wanted. A couple times I said, sorry for being so picky, but the response was, youre spending a lot of money, you have the right to be picky.

We traveled 80 miles to buy at Klein Nissan. Our town has a Nissan dealer but does not have a viable supply of Nissan Leafs. We didnt know what to expect at Klein. Klein had a large supply of Leafs. They sell the most Leafs in our state. When we got there we were very happy with the considerate care that we received. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us step-by-step instructions and information about the car and all of the accessories and capabilities. We are very happy with the car. We will definitely recommend Klein Nissan to everyone.

Had my 2015 Rogue in for service. The service agent kept me apprised of the progress and also let me know of a minor issue that was the reason for a rattling I had been hearing recently (in my sunroof, but was for bolts on the heat shield on the bottom of the car...go figure) and got that fixed. I was in and out in 2 hrs given that minor work plus the oil change and tire rotation. Very reasonable time.Given the Covid-era is still ongoing - theyve designed their waiting area well as I have always felt like I have ample room to spread out to do work or read while I wait. Good dealership to deal with when purchasing as well.

I currently drive a Nissan sedan. Nissan designs cars that are not compatible with any OBD2. There was a couple of check engine lights in the past. Everytime, I tried to go to local auto shops to read the code, it will not work. I had to take my car to the dealer to do the diagnosis for $90-150. This week I went to Kline Nissan Maplewood because of engine overheating. The service advisor I worked with took my key at noon, he did not get back to me until 22 hours later. During the wait, I texted, called his direct phone number to leave message, called the shop phone number to leave message at 2 hours apart but I only got dead silence. I went back to the dealer before it close that day to learn that they want to keep it overnight to investigate more. The service advisor went home at 3.30. He did not asked anyone to inform me anything. He did not think 22 hours of dead silence despite 3 attempts to get any update call for an apology until I had to yelled at him. I am pretty sure what I experience was not standard of practice at Nissan. Which is a deal breaker. The name of the service advisor is William Sobania.

This place is a scam... I called on a Thursday night about a van talked to a salesperson they told me all about the van. I take 5 kids in car seats at 730 am to be there by 9 when they open to test drive and buy a new van. I call them at 901 at the gas station to ask them to pull it up, only to find out they have it listed on their website but its not really there, they did a dealer trade and its sold but not even one the lot although they are advertising for it... Waited 96 hours and its still on their website....

During a pandemic public places are not ideal to stay at for a prolonged period of time. I appreciated the chair outside to sit in while I waited for my vehicle. As I waited, I watched numerous employees walk by me with their face masks around their chins. This was happening inside as well. All but one employee was wearing their mask around their chin. I work in healthcare and value face masks during a pandemic in which the virus is spread through the air. It defeats the purpose of a perfectly good mask of it is not worn appropriately. I understand people have various viewpoints on the topic but consider your customers. They are likely on a spectrum of beliefs and you need to play your PR cards right. I was horribly disappointed by the employees behavior and would have spoken to a manager but didn’t want to spend time inside at risk since many were unmasked. Here is my advice: take 5 minutes and observe your employees and their behaviors. There is so much more you can learn that way (from the eye of the customer) versus sitting in your office.

I had an unplanned issue with my 2018 Nissan Rogue’s performance while I was on vacation and had it towed to Kline Nissan (the closest Nissan dealership to that location) for warranty work. Tristan was incredibly helpful! He and his team identified not only the root cause of the issue I was experiencing, but also an issue I wasn’t yet aware of and a factory recall advisory - and got it all fixed within a day. When I called to schedule the recall service, I was told it would take about an hour, so I built my day around that, with a little buffer. When I arrived, I was told that work takes 1.5-1.75 hours. It took just over 1.5 hours before Dana came and got me.Usually, the estimate is good. Not sure why this was a problem, but it required changes to my schedule due to the incorrect estimate originally.

I recently exchanged my Honda lease and purchased a used vehicle at Kline Nissan. Turns out they never made me aware of a “Lease Disposition” fee that Honda would likely charge me. I didn’t know until my Honda account went passed due. $400 was the disposition fee which I in turn had to pay out of pocket. I was led to believe that Kline was working on it internally only to call today and find out that they were just going to never address the issue. Had I not called, my Honda account would have dinged my credit. Shame on Kline Nissan for not at least warning me of such a fee. I know this is not their first lease exchange rodeo, so why was I kept in the dark? Never coming here again.

Had a problem with my sunroof not operating correctly & was out of warranty by 300 miles & 11 months. Nissan approved covering 90%.Ivan, the service rep at Kline & Steve the technician were fantastic in coordinating the repair & should be commended. The cost ended up being less than projected. The only reason for the 8 rating, is this is the third issue with my Rogue, so the quality of the vehicle itself not the best
