Went into the Manchester location a few weeks ago to add 2 lines to my phone plan for my children. Was helped by a woman who didnt know what she was doing and a boss who after about an hour and a half of waiting, decided to help her after about 10 customers walked out. My children were given their new phones and told to call the store if we needed anything. Long behold, my kids phones were not activated. After working 98 hours one week and my mother having surgery, I called the store to explain my problem. I spoke with a beautiful young lady named Luna. I had waited a few weeks to call down but Luna could hear my frustration. 😖 She told me come on down. When I got there, not only did this amazing lady go above and beyond to fix my issues, she called her boss Jason at home immediately to explain the situation. Together, they fixed my family account. While my boys, mother and myself waited, we watched as Luna fixed EVERY customers issue that came through the door. ALONE. Where as 2 people couldnt get it right the first time. I had to take moment to give a big THANK YOU to Luna especially and Jason for great customer service. Luna deserves a raise and she DEFINITELY should be given the position as manager.Gratefully,Model Kellie J.

The new manager or worker Luna is very polite and has very good knowledge when it comes to these phones I can also count on Luna to send my payment through when I come down and pay my phone bill she was very helpful to me I really like her personality and I will I would recommend her to this about anybody and I have recommended her to a lot of people

I went to a different Boost Mobile store in south-west county and was kind of ignored by the agent so I left and tried the Maplewood location. The difference in service was night and day. I was assisted by Chartroose F and she was an absolute LEGEND. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about her products and services despite being used to working at a different location. She greeted everyone else who entered the store while helping me and no one was ignored or left unhelped even as she was helping me activate and set up my new Moto G Stylus 5G. She expertly applied my screen protector (which already saved my phones screen a few hours later 😅). She made my phone buying experience so effortless and enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough for all your boost mobile needs!

Don’t go into this place. On June 30,2018 the Boost Mobile Rep. wrote down my debit card information and used it to buy items online from a athletic store worth $98.10 and he used the info to buy $150.00 worth of stuff from Boost Mobile.
