Its okay, not too many titles for xbox vs playstation and even less for nintendo. Not the greatest deals either but if you are look for physical copys of new games you shouldnt have too hard of a time finding it here.

Very nice workers, very helpful when trying to find the best electronics, helps with compatibility of things. Has tons of cool stuff besides games and systems, like toys, figures, gift cards, etc. got a really cool coffee mug, it is a super Mario mug that changes colors with temperature. Hot is day time, cold is night time. I love it and use it all the time.

Employees were very rude for seemingly no reason. I witnessed multiple nice customers ask simple questions (myself included) only to be met with the worst possible attitude and dismissal. Used to love coming here but its just not the same anymore. Cheers.

Never have i EVER received such great service at Game Stop. The three gentlemen that were in there were beyond helpful and their customer service was impeccable.

Great place with a helpful team, but only accepts the latest consoles and games. Tried to sell back some games I got from there, but old, so they didnt take it back, but they did refer to other places that may take them and that was helpful!

My son is more than satisfied, with my purchase of the Nintendo switch.

The empolyees are nice and helpful. They have a lot of great deals at this location for some reason. Overall great experience. I recommend this one. If u live in hudson,Stillwater area this is the closest one.

Very safe store. My son wanted to check out some new games and I forgot my mask at home. This store had masks!! Awesome sales staff. Helped me with a mask and finding a new game that we could play as a family. Cool pandemic shopping experience!!

Im not much of a gamer but I do enjoy going into this store, ESPECIALLY this location. The employees are so very good at their jobs. Seriously. Not only knowledgable and able to understand what it is my 11 yr old talking about but patient and kind enough to translate the conversation into Atari era comparisons! Lol Keep up the great work and kudos, especially now, with all the pandemic restrictions and guidelines to observe. Doing a GREAT job.

Came from another store to buy their last xbox controller, I called on the way there see if they could hold it and the phone rang for a good 5 minutes without an answer. Then I arrived and they had already sold it.

The Employees @ this location are super helpful! They can answer any question you may have and they always have GREAT DEALS going on! It is also super convenient to get to, being as it is just right off of white bear. As far as games go, they always have a great selection and always have the pre orders in stick the day it comes out!

Over priced they were selling a game for $39.99 target had it for 20 gamestop shame on your for trying to run game

Been here a few times. Each time there were more employees working then there were customers in the store, but they havent ever asked if we needed help. Store/building seems kind of old and rundown. They do have a decent amount of stuff other then just video games there which is why we will stop in.

As a new gamer the employees at GameStop were extremely helpful. they made me feel welcome and safe and help me choose out a console and game . they gave me clear options and didnt try to harass me into overspending.

I was in the store for 10 minutes and the employees got loud with another customer. As i was checking out the lady behind the register got extremely rude with me. Also the game i was going to buy was at a misprinted price. As was my friends

While this was not the normal GameStop I frequent, I still received the fantastic level of care that I received at my normal GameStop. The store had a great selection of items and I easily found what I came in the store to find. May have to make a return trip when I have more time to peruse their paraphenalia and see what I can find.

My brother went in to get an xbox 360 game. They had the game and also was able to find a sequal to the game also, this doubled my fun. In-fact both games were so cheap i decided to buy a new generation game i was having trouble deciding on buying at a later time. Both Nicks and Sara were wonderful helpers through out the trip

Went in today, 4-26-2015, with a lot of random consoles, games and cords to trade in for a PS4. Alex was our cashier, he was absolutely wonderful the entire transaction. We were there for a bit, which is understandable considering all we had brought in (a box full and two tote bags), we really enjoyed our experience. We will be shopping here again!

Very irritated. Went to to shop with my Husband and Child. No bathroom. She spilled her water on her pants so I went to change (just her pants, equivalent to taking off a sweatshirt) and the lady would not let me. Very frustrating as a gaming mother who wanted to shop for a new switch, definitely will not give my business to this location.

Bought a gift card yesterday from Jake. Got home and found that the scratch off was smeared underneath. Took it back to Jake today and asked what he could do since card was damaged( easily noticeable). He could have cared less, told us to call Nintendo . Stay away

My son and bf love this place. They have a rewards card that you can sign up for and get a magazine subscription for gamers but rewards when you purchase items and reserve games.

A couple months ago I bought a XboxOne controller from gamestop, I went all in and bought the warranty. Last week the controller started to be a dink and stopped working properly. So I went into gamestop with the controller and two games to sell them. I wanted to exchange the controller, however, they said that neither my name or my phone number were in their files. So much for the warranty. They said they would buy the games (two high end popular games in great condition) offered to only give me six buck for both of them. Six buck total! I was annoyed to say the least, so I said sure, determined to get my money and leave. I was handed the stores instore credit card, with six dollars on it, NO CASH! I wouldnt have agreed if I knew it was instore credit. The cashier told me dont lose this, its just like cash which added to all the insult, cuz, no its not like cash!Over all I feel like a chomskiy honk for shopping there. I got dooped.Dont get dooped on.

Bought the Power Up Pro rewards subscription. The cashier (Ashley) made a typo entering my email. Now my subscription and rewards points are linked to a non existent email/account I can not access. I call the store the next day, manager doesnt even bother getting on the phone and tells the cashier Give him the number for Customer Service. (Heard him in the background, highly unprofessional)Customer service is terrible. The representatives are all of foriegn countries which made the communication beyond struggling and difficult. They couldnt understand my situation at all, after 3 calls, 4 hours of different Reps, and spelling out every detail for them. Im promised an email or phone call after 24 hours with another rep that will assess my problem.1 week later. I havent had an email or phone call. My guess is that theyre emailing the wrong email thanks to Ashleys typo. Still not able to access to my points or subscription. Not even a refund.

Bought a pre-owned x-box and within a few minutes of play time, the controller started disconnecting And the console started shutting down due to overheating.Pre-owned games we brought to sell were only selling here for $5. My son was very disappointed he didnt get more for the games.

This GameStop (Maplewood) is by far the best place for advice in the Twin Cities. Its a fun and friendly environment. Index fingers pointing (with both hands, back an forth) at the guy with the beard. They are #1 in my book.

This is the best gamestop around. Ive been to most. They have the most helpful, charismatic, funny staff around.

Shouldnt even get a single star. There were 3 employees working, 1 being a manager. We walked in-not even a hello. Walked around a while and heard the three talking about not only how much they weigh but began discussing how much customers weigh. There was a CIB hori ps4 arcade stick that my SO was seriously eyeing but Im not even about to give any dollars to a store that cant even greet me. Never returning again.

I brought my Xbox One in to sell and the gentleman behind the counter tells me my HDMI video output doesnt work. Surprised because it worked just fine before I brought it in. I took it back home rechecked, works just fine. the gentleman had the tv on the wrong HDMI input.

I Love gamestop in general, great service with returns (returned an Xbox one with a faulty kinect no hassle). Most of the time the employees are knowledgeable and have great recommendations on games.

Gamestop is a time hole, waited in line for 15 minutes becuase they had one person on the register and the most ridiculous trade-in system that takes forever! Honeatly go if you have too but try not too.
