I dropped a completely dead Samsung off after noon yesterday. It was essentially a wireless brick. They had it completely fixed before 5p.m. and that was on a Sunday! They also gave me a loaner phone that I could install my SIM card into so as not to leave me completely dead in the water. Could not be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone for reliable, fast and great repairs anytime in the future. Thank you!

Extremely disappointing. I was told the store would be open at 11 am today, so I drove all the way from hopkins to purchase something (thats a good 40 minute drive from maplewood). I showed up, no one was there. I was told theyd be opening in the afternoon instead. How do you consider yourself a business when you dont open at the time posted online, in your store window, etc.?

They did a very good job fixing my screen and their quite fast as well.

I had no clue this place existed, and now Im determined to make regular visits! A really great store that can provide you with all the advice and assistance you could ask for. I got a great deal on a used iPhone after selling them some random electronics I had lying around, and the gentleman there was super pleasant and full of great technological wisdom. The place is packed with pretty much anything youd need for your cameras, tablets, phones, etc. I cant recommend it enough, and I look forward to going back. :)

This place is incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the only ones in the twin cities even willing to try and help me - and fully succeeded while providing a fully functional loaner phone for a week - FOR FREE. Only place I could find to work on my HTC phone. Said they could fix it but had to order some parts. When they installed the new part, they discovered another issue. They ordered another part, installed them both and returned my phone to fully functional. They only charged me for the parts used, and again, kept me moving with a nice loaner phone for over a week at no cost. Great Service. Thanks guys!!

This place is hands down the best repair shop for anybody to go. Ive broken my phone many times n been to many different repair shops and theres no one around in town that has better prices or service. These guys are amazing, quick, kind and just to sum it up, THE BEST!!
