Always clean always friendly very helpful in suggesting things you might need and opportunities for a bigger space( and trust me they get it right without overselling!) I ended up with more stuff than I thought I had initially and they made it very easy for me to switch up- they know their stuff!! Trust me!

These people are crooks. They raised my rent by 60%. Think about that. They are either so bad at estimating their costs of doing business and needed to raise it to stay open or they flat out just are going to take more of your money with no justification. They didnt even have the decency to let me know in advance. No email, no phone call, nothing. They just started taking 80 more dollars for themselves one day. My advice is to move it on down the road to the next guy, maybe they will at least be honest. Will be looking into a class action suit and racketeering.

These men are both a class act. Super helpful and friendly. They keep the property well maintained, spotless, and SAFE. Jeff went above and beyond for me ! If I ever moved back to St Louis and needed storage, this would be the place!

After 3 months my unit went from $159 to $211. They also said it would raise again in 1 year. Place is clean and climate controlledBut raising their rates i felt unreasonable.Never had a storage unit do that before.I removed my items.

Very pleased with my experience with Extra Space overall. It was easy to reserve a space online. Since I haven’t rented a space before when the front desk called to follow up on my reservation they explained everything thoroughly so I felt comfortable with the set up. Access to my items was easy and never had an issue. Place is very clean and felt secure. Would definitely rent from them again!

On my initial call I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff person. Put a unit on hold and visited same day. Donald the store manager gave me a tour and answered more questions I had based on what I needed to store. Great attitude and service. Highly recommended!

Ive had just the most painless and easy experience with Extra Space Storage. We unexpectedly found ourselves needing storage space for our move a couple of months before we anticipated. With it being the day before July 4th - I was anticipating the space to be expensive and to have difficulty gaining access. Don called me literally within 5 minutes of booking online, had me complete the contracts and payment (with the discount that he brought up), and we had our space/access code and everything we needed. From start (booking on the site) to finish Id say it was - at most - 20 minutes.The storage building is in a nice business park with easy access to multiple entries so you can get pretty close to your unit for unloading no matter where it is. The building is clean, air conditioned, feels brand new, and secure. Our unit was easy to find and exactly as Don described with our lock inside. There were complimentary dollies in the entry way (so grateful for that!) that we used to move our things. All in all it probably took us 30 minutes from start to finish.Highly recommend!

Very excellent customer experience! The manager as well as employees communicated amazingly with me as well as answering all of my questions. They didn’t rush me at all and called me back immediately when I needed them and wasn’t able to pick up the phone. Highly recommend. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock because I’m i first time user instructions would’ve been nice other than that my service was excellent as mentioned before.

Ive had a fair share of storage units across several states over the years. Extra Space on Big Bend Blvd is by far the best. The climate controlled building is actually cool in the summer (what a concept!), the building is clean and units are very reasonably priced.

Easy to unload at Extra Space Storage, well lighted, spaces on one (1) level, no elevator to deal with, great natural light also inside the building.

Nicole was very friendly and nice. I had to move out of my dorm quickly and there was plenty of space to store my items. She showed me around and allowed me to choose the unit that best fit my items. I appreciate Extra Storage Space for allowing students to purchase units at a reasonable price.

We appreciate your time John thanks so much! The building in Maplewood is so nice! Cameras everywhere and plenty of carts! Highly recommend if you need short or long term storage space.

Office is sleek and uncluttered with a few nice displays, in case you need boxes or covers. Very good walk-through to see the spaces prior.

The folks here went above and beyond for us. Recommended an excellent, local moving company (New Day Moving!) that came through with same day service for us when my husband injured his back. I always felt valued and taken care of as a customer. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Extra Space Storage is a very new (only 4 months old) storage facility that is extremely clean and well organized with excellent customer service. Great long term rental discounts currently available. I’m very happy with this location too.
