Lori and Mary were wonderful! They explained the process very well and were so flexible helping me rent a 2nd unit when we couldnt get our truck load into the first unit we rented.The new facilities are very clean and convenient, though it can be tricky getting the largest size rental truck into the loading and unloading area due to the turns and other people parking like idiots.

I had an awesome and pleasant experience with this location! Lori is nice and very helpful with figuring out exactly what I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

I had a great experience using their first floor unit, it had a higher ceiling then I thought it would. The sales people are easy to talk to and explained how to use the app. Also the App to open the door was awesome for having a friend help with another vehicle.

Tuesday the 8th of June, I was inquiring about storage units. I talk with Nancy and this other gal Lori which said she was the property manager and she was there to tie up some loose ends on her day off. Between Nancy and Lori I was pleased with there answers and showed me around the facility. Nancy was very helpful, and Lori was hilarious, with me being prior military I liked her since of humor. Nancy is so out going and even with a bad leg she still made it quick and easy i did a move in one day thanks to hsr being so fast and she was so nice.

UPDATEI ended up paying the fee to avoid collections. A manager called me and refunded the amount. Two weeks later I get a call from a collections agency saying I have a debt with Public Storage-————————-I was charged a random fee a week after I signed up, contacted the company and was never given an answer as to why.I also closed my account at the end of the month and, according to the customer service line, the branch manager did not complete a walk through and close my account. This resulted in an additional month of fees. I have been calling for 3 weeks and continue to get the run around.Also there are only a handful of parking spots inside. During the afternoon and weekends I was never able to find a parking spot without waiting 15-20 minutesAvoid at all costs

Easy breasy!! Lori was awesome. From start to finish. I called on another public storage facility in forest lake and they told me no Public Storage offers the $1 first month promotion. Well sure enough Maplewood public storage does! And Lori was helpful with getting me the best deal possible. This storage facility is way different than your average storage space. You drive right in using your phone to unlock the garage and it’s warm so in the winter you don’t have to deal with being outside. Everything is clean and secure and the prices are super low for how nice the facility is. Staff was really nice in setting it up and you can come and go whenever without having to talk to anyone which I enjoy.

Great storage facility!! Never a problem in over a year weve been there. Always clean and friendly, helpful staff. There seems to always be a problem with the elevator but it is used quite frequently by everyone. They call in the repair crew immediately and it is fixed soon after. Bathrooms are sanitary and stocked be and water is offered also. Carts are provided for maneuvering your things up or down the elevator and are kept neat. The one thing I would like to see is a place to recycle boxes you dont need, a place for small trash items such as one plastic bag of the items brought to drink or snack on. Maybe a place to donate some furniture or tables etc. that someone else might need. Perhaps a board to post a notice that such items are available. Just a possible idea to try out.

Got trapped inside after hours for over 2 hours had to call police to be let out. The previous owners of the building would have never let that happen.

Rented the 10x10 storage space online with the online deal, price was very affordable and the front desk lady was amazingly helpful when I got there to assist me with any issues.

New building, climate controlled air, and helpful staff. Thats the Trinity of upscale storage facilities. This is the only storage outfit that I recommend to people living in the north metro.I guess they have other locations around town, too. Those are probably also top notch.

I love feeling that my belongings are actually secure in their facility! I have had things stolen from another facility with outdoor storage. Beyond is very clean you can smell the cleanliness everytime you arrive. They do everything to make sure your things are safe and stay clean and bug free. It is mostly staffed and there is an extensive camera recording system. I had somethings in there for a year and pulled it out after getting it home realized there was no dirt to spider webs and almost non existent dust! We have been here for going on 3 years and couldnt be happier.

Beyond Self Storage has provided excellent customer service for myself and family. This establishment is very professional and has been very helpful with my storage needs. Tony is great to work with and very resourceful! 10/10 highly recommend!

I came to this place bc it was one of the better places and I was trying to get away from public storage. Without notice public storage had bought out the company and now Im back to square one. I see now that ps is trying to monopolize all these other places. Will have to yet again take my stuff put elsewhere. BS imo.

I recently needed to rent a storage unit and decided to check this place out. Paul, has been amazing and very helpful. He is always offering us beverages and asks us if we need any assistance with moving anything. This place is very clean, smells nice, has drive in access, and carts right off the elevator to carry your stuff up. Ive never seen a storage unit that is so nice, clean and has great employees, like Paul to assist. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

I have had a very positive experience with Beyond Self Storage. The set-up was easy and the staff friendly, answering questions, making suggestions. I am pleased with the space and how much I can put into that locker. It is clean, temp controlled, carts readily available, bathrooms clean. Easy and secure in and out of the building.

Amazing customer service. I came in and couldn’t find a cart and there was none. One of the lovely ladies went there went and found me one in a quick timely manner. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking. Also there prices are very reasonable and for a good amount of space. Also Paul was one of the most friendly people I have ever met. Very nice,big and clean. Lots of different size rooms to choose from. The only drawback is some people are very rude and will stop and unload right in front of the elevators blocking everyone else. Some others will stop just inside the big garage door and stop so nobody else can get in.

Overall as good as a Storage facility can be. REALLY clean and seems really secure. Working with Sophia was great, she made it easy and answered all the questions I had.

Newer facility. Drive in access. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They have an app that allows you to open and close the garage doors from your phone making access easy. No more remembering codes or losing access cards. Prices are fair with move in specials. Only down is they dont have 24 hour access.

We are very pleased with Paul Lucero ..the manager and his staff for taking care of some property that we had forgot to put in storage or take out a storage fortunately they had the chairs that we were looking for and a couple other boxes of cooking supplies put away for us separate from everything else. We are very grateful that he had found them for us and we were able to get our things back.I think Paul was excited to see that we got our property back as we were. Even helped us out to the car with it. We truly appreciate the service that we received here. Thank you Paul

Welcome to unprofessional, ripoff, nonfunctional door(gate) ripoff free first month rent/half off first month or so, bloody hidden fees - AKA Beyond self Storage.beyond self storage proclaim themselves to be secure and clean but a good number fall short of how you would probably define these terms. Broken surveillance systems, Poor security vetting of visitorsbeyond self storage either through negligence or direct involvement, have played a part in theft of contents from lock-up units.although crooked beyond self storage have been known to cut padlocks to gain access or allow others to do so.Beyond self storage will sale( auction it) your stuff for an outrageous low price, thousands of dollars’ worth of content.Sometimes, they just turn a blind eye while units are rifled.You better off storing your stuffs at any U-Haul location.

Moved out of an outdoor storage unit into the brand new beautiful Beyond Storage in Maplewood. Our outdoor unit price was going up, for the same size unit we not only got a brand new inside unit with heat and temperature control at Beyond Storage, but lots of extras and all at a much LOWER price.. What a great move! Everything you need is right there. Plenty of carts. Easy drive in and drive out. So glad we moved when we did, our outside unit flooded two weeks later when our 20 inch Spring snowfall melted in just a few days. Cant say enough about the great people and great facility. Its perfect for my small business inventory.

Very convenient, automated entrance and exit, large carts for transporting items to unit. Several unit sizes. Manager was very helpful.

Property managers are kind & curteous and the place smells amazing! Always has carts ready for use and pulling in with your own access code makes loading and unloading a breeze. Highly recommend them.

I have two storage units at Beyond Storage and must say that if it werent for Tony, it might be a different story. Tony has straightened out some of the paperwork mistakes that the other rental agents caused. I love the facility and its units, but wish the unloading area was longer and wider as moving vans, trucks/cars with trailers and other types of cargo carriers makes for some unique experiences in unloading your articles for storage.

I had to make changes in my reservation at the last minute, and they came through for me. Great service.

Great place to store stuff, but this is the first storage company ive known to not pro-rate a return for moving out early in the month. Let alone they didnt move me out in theirsystem until i got an email saying i had a bill to pay. Sure looked like they were taking advantage of me.

I called to see if they had a unit available, they had what we needed and told to go to the office, it was about 215 when I called (they close at 400). Tony was our guide and did a WONDERFUL job! He was kind, courteous, helpful etc..With a welcomig smile. He took care of us, lock and all. We were in and out within a half an hour!
