Great service. Came there after hours to drop off a trailer. There were only two spots available to pay and it was a really tight fit for a trailer. The person that stays next to the building came out and helped me drop off the trailer inside the storage facility even though they were closed. Very nice and professional. Great experience for someone not great at maneuvering a trailer.

Over priced and small units

Best storage place around! The manager, Kayla, is just awesome. I moved my storage from Acorn to U-Haul for many different reasons, Ive had a lot more positive experiences at U-Haul than I did at my previous storage. They are very accommodating at U-Haul and my boyfriend and I appreciate this business for all of our storage needs.

Had this place for the better part of ten years... new owners... changed my lock and everyone elses... didnt tell anyone!!! Couldnt get into my paid storage for a month!!! Needed to get into it!! They wont return calls either!!!

I recently gave them 5 stars until i realize that items were missing. Dont trust this place.

They didnt have dolly that had been reserved, there was no one in the office at the appointment time...little things that added time to a hectic day. But the van was great.

The facility is great, the staff is always professional. They seem to be understaffed lately.

Chose friends to help me move and rented a 15 foot truck after getting quotes of at least $900 to move. The staff here got me a great truck and were very helpful. Spent under my quote for the truck and mileage. Sam and his wife were extremely helpful and very nice as they walked me through the process.Thank you all again for such an easy move and great service.

Sam is awesome, he has been professional and personable. Veronica is also a favorite of mine she has been great. Wayyyyy better than public storage and its convenient to have 24 hour storage.

Good staff and overall clean but we had a broken light in our unit.

First, the truck I reserved was stolen/never returned and wouldnt be ready. Fine, I can do next day. On arrival, rep says your rental appointment is tomorrow at 10am, both time and date was incorrect. Somebody messed up and definitely wasnt me. Thankfully, another uhaul nearby had the right size truck. Not working with this one anymore.

Sam and his staff and family work well with the customers. they go above and beyond to try to make anything and everything right for the customer to make their customers experiences satisfying and to help in whatever way they can. I have rented from Sam and his family and staff twice in the second time around I have not given up my storage as its hard to get a storage locker from them because once people get a storage locker they dont give them up because of how friendly Sam and his staff are and how exceptional and well-mannered the staff is in above and beyond the staff go. Ive also had to rent a trailer from them to move my items and in place of renting the trailer I was late on my storage I took the late fees but theyre willing to work with me on payment arrangements with late fees while Im making the payments to get caught up.

All the standard U-haul supplies you expect with the BEST staff! It can be busy with a wait at the check out line, however that is usually how these places are. This location has friendly honest staff which make the experience more comfortable and easier.

Owed $700 for past due rent. We got our storage for $60. Great people.

Came in on a Monday looking to get a trailer at 6:40 pm (They close at 7pm). The guy working told me he wasnt hooking up any trailers because he was trying to get home on time after work?. What kind of s*** is that. Never again will I got to this U-Haul. I left and Went to the one on white bear at 6:50pm and was able to secure one. Something needs to be done about customer relations at this place.

Ridiculous. Paid for 6 pads, returned 6 pads. Was told we took 12 pads, charged $60.

Stellar management team that goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need - very accommodating and dedicated! Highly recommend for both storage and moving/truck rentals.

I like the key card access on my own time without having to check into the office.

Deaf friendly and two couples are so sweet and very willing to communicate through paper and pen all the way.

I just had the worst customer service EVER. She answers the phone, tells me to hold so she can finish up her personal call... then she tries to find my reservation and I tell her well I havent submitted it yet, I just had a drop off question. Well then she asks me what size truck, I tell her and she is like well we dont have any of those available. I say well Im on your site and you do. Mind you I havent even told her the date, but she still wants to argue with me and tell me there are none avail. I tell her never mind, ill go somewhere else and hang up.OMG please take her off phones or work on her customer service skills.

Went online, did my order, came in to pick up my truck and it was all great. though i do think they need more employees the guy who helped me teng (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) was super nice and helpful :)

Clean well run, secure storage. 24 access available is a big plus.

VERY Bad customer service. Always busy with a long line. Upon trying to call about a problem with a product, an answering service does not return calls nor appears to give message to the store. When I finally got a hold of the store, they accused me of breaking the item and telling me it has been too long since I purchased it to do anything about it. The man, Teng, was just fishing for things to say such as you need a receipt(had one). With me being out of town at time of complaint, they offered nothing in customer satisfaction. I have very little positive things to say about that store hence my misgivings about uhauls overall service.

They change the locks without informing you and then charge you for the new lock even after they break your original.
