Employees need better training on their products and services.
Both my husband and I needed to upgrade our phones after 6 years, and we received amazing service at this store! Matt and his associate took excellent care of us, answered all of our questions, and got us completely up and running before we left. Not only did we get new phones, but we got a new service plan and a great deal. I cant recommend this team enough, they are awesome!!!
Was interested in getting a new iPad. Jessica happily greeted me soon as I walked in the door. I never had an iPad and she explained all the ins and outs, and answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed to make a decision even though the store had closed during my visit. Jessica was very patient. True example of great customer service. Thank you .
The agent that helped us was Matt and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend you give this young man a raise as he is valuable to your company.
I needed a new phone and line and Jess was great. She answered all of my questions and found me the best options for phone and plan. She spent a lot of time making sure I had the best promotion and deal for my needs.

They gave me sim card with no data spent four hours on phone trying to cancel NOW att is committing fraud by sending me to collection for a phone bill I dont have.
They couldn’t help me the 1time they were a outlet Apple iPhone blue out ther computer system
First Visit: Nine customers. One person working. People walking in and walking out. It would be nice to at least be recognized. Look for hours open with no cars in the parking lot or it will be a long wait. Second Visit: Cancelled my AT&T acct after 5+ years. Went over to Cricket in Marinette and Alex hooked me up with NEW service (same coverage) for less and a NEW S10. Alex ix amazing! Handled 5 customers at once and was running as smooth as silk. The BEST service in this area.....Cricket!

I am traveling and needed a phone that worked! Never had ATT but saw the store and stop! I have never had such great customer service in a store! No only did they saved me money as military veteran but got me a free iPhone 11 when switched from Verizon! Thank you so much for all the help! Please share this with your friends and family!
You want welcoming service and the quick fix to an issue you are having. Go in to this store. FANTASTIC service!
This is a terrible store. If I could give no star or even negative stars, that would be more suitable. I went to upgrade my phone, and I had to change my plan from prepay to postpay and was told that I could do a certain plan for a flat rate. Just my plan and my phone payments which would have equaled out to about $50-$60. Next month rolls around and I have a bill for almost $200. The worker at the store neglected to tell me about the taxes, the one-time charges, and the insurance she placed on it without my approval. She neglected to tell me about any of this. All she wanted was to make commission. I would suggest going to Green Bay or somewhere else if youre looking to do anything more than a consult. Now, Im out a couple hundred because of this.I called AT&T and they werent as helpful. They basically told me it is what it is.
Sam the lead does not return calls, worst customer service, If you want to upgrade a phone only, they will screwed up your ATT and DIRECTV accounts, and you will pay more per month on both accounts. If these are the things you expect for customer service then I would recommend this store.

The customer service representatives here are very friendly and very helpful Still a relatively new store selection of products in the store are somewhat limited but they do have the barest centrals that you need for cell phone accessories
