Super helpful and friendly. I brought my Spanish-speaking friend and she was more than willing to google translate until we had everything squared away. I would highly recommend based on their customer service.

I was waited on by a man named Eddie. He was very helpful. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me in a nice manner. He was very good at his job.

Very friendly customer service from the store representative. Helpful as well as I am currently seeking to change employers she directed me to the website to not only apply for that location while I was paying my phone bill. While I waited I checked out the photos taken by previous patrons of the establishment. I highly recommend looking through the display models and doing so as well.

Went to AT&T. One person working. People walking in and walking out. It would be nice to at least be recognized. Went back another day. Cancelled my AT&T acct after 5+ years. Went over to Cricket in Marinette and Alex hooked me up with NEW service (same coverage) for less and a NEW S10. Alex is amazing! Handled 5 customers at once and was running as smooth as silk. The BEST service in this area.....Cricket! Alex is the man! VERY HAPPY! Cancelled all of my AT&T services.

Staff very helpful and try to help you no matter what the problem is. Ive had this service for 2 years now and Ive had no issues with it. Its very easy to transfer your number and to make payments or to pay ahead and the $5 credit if you use the automatic payments feature. Everything is very easy to add or remove from your account no need to call anyone during business hours to do it for you.

Went in late in the day to switch carriers. Tanyas was super friendly and helpful. She got our old carrier on the phone right away to make sure it wasnt too close to closing to make the switch.

Charged me $90 for my bill, put in the computer I only paid $50. When my phone turned off the next day, even though I had my receipt, they refused to fix it and made me pay another $40 to get my phone turned back on...Go to gamestop, they are friendlier and more experienced!

Had to switch out a phone and put a new number on it, which made us lose our promo and our bill went up. No one told us this would happen, in fact they said it would all be the same as before. When I called to find out why the bill went up they were rude and unhelpful. My suggestion is to call cricket customer care if you have problems. They fixed the stores mistake and hooked us up with an even better promo. I do not reccomend this store.

After a two month NIGHTMARE switching to ATT from being at Verizon 5+ years, we had a horrible taste in our mouth and were in a tough spot. Cricket was awesome in every way. Transfered our phones and super cheap. Service works the same as ATT. Tha KS!

I dont feel customers receive the best deal they could and that the associates lack knowledge and empathy.

First I waited an hour in line, then I waited an hour to get the wrong phone, then they told me they could get me one from Escanaba the next day. Came back, STILL THE WRONG PHONE. They gave me one for temporary use until they could get me the right one and when I brought it back said it had physical damage and they couldnt take it back. Would never go back again. Went to Gamestop, the lady was able to get me a new sim card in 10 minutes. Even though I dont have a phone that I like, I at least felt like the people at Gamestop know what they are doing and were super friendly.

This store is literally the worst. I went in and was turned away from being helped, only to go to the Marinette Gamestop Cricket Prestige and have my problem solved in a matter of minutes.
