Will never go this marinette office again! Ive been getting the runaround for a month on a phone that is still under warranty and was giving me issues,, they had a new one, but had to wait for claim approval, go back after approval and they cant find the phone now, after they told me theyd hold for me.Definitely gonna ck on new cell service!

My 5 stars go to Suzanne at the Marinette, WI location today. She answered my slightly hysterical call in regards to a possible hacking of my bank account through my apple account, and she was incredibly, genuinely calm and kind as she patiently heard my explanation of the situation and then went above and beyond to assist me in what I needed to do in order to try and correct the issue. Not many people go above and beyond for others these days it seems and to have such great help on the other end was reassuring and calming for me during a very stressful time. I greatly appreciated her help and give her a big, warm THANK YOU!!!

Today I went in and purchased a Samsung S21 at the Marinette, Wi location. I am very happy with the phone. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Front desk employee was short and rude. I left my Iphone so they could transfer photos etc. When I went to pick it up I was never told I needed a charger. I attempted to inquire about the Samsung but she was not helpful at all. If you are going to buy a phone remember this they are a service industry. I cant wait to have someone elses towers up here in the north woods.

The Marinette store is the greatest! They are so very helpful. I mostly deal with Katelyn Brandy and Taylor. And they all do a great job!

Clearly not the best. Poor rural cell signal. You just get excuses as to signal problems. I had to buy a $400 cell signal booster just so I wouldnt have to drive a mile toward town to make a phone call. Very high cost for no service. They brag that they have good service. If you are not on the main highway there is very poor signal.

Great customer service at the store even if the cellphone company itself is not that great. Had multiple issues with my phone after the latest samsung S9 update and they explained what happened immediately and also walked me through how to deal with an issues that may arise after the next update.

If you want the worlds most okayest phone and most expensive plan for not a lot or terrible unlimited spotty service you should get cellcom. Actually just save yourself a headache and get Verizon

Was helped fine but simple fix on phone was a no can do irritation costing me more money for another phone.

This is not a review of Cellcom as a whole. It is a review of the local store. As a customer that has been with Cellcom for decades and had phones that look like bricks from the 90s with them, I can say that I am very disappointed with the conduct of Cellcoms local employees. I have had to twice call customer loyalty to get mistakes fixed due to the indifference and lack of customer service from the following Cellcom employees: Jessica Mereness and Stu Spink. I like Cellcoms service and I am very satisfied with it, however, if I were you I would is stay away from the Marinette Cellcom.

Every time I go in to pay a simple bill it seems there is a lack of employees working and after 30 minutes I end up leaving. Tried at various hours.

They are knowledgeable and courteous

They to have more than 2 people working. The wait was long. Three people walked out . But when we finally got help, the girl was friendly and helpful.
