I love this store, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful if needed. I do most of my game shopping here, have their credit card, the whole shebang. The reason I didnt give a full five stars is because some of the staff are to eager, when I walk in if I need help I will find an associate; I do not appreciate being greeted by staff or having them approach me asking if I need help, in my opinion it is their place to speak when spoken to.

First time stopping here was a blast! Came in to buy a switch and was presented with the best employee that knew everything about them.would definitely recommend not only for the amazing prices but for the top of the line customer service!

They didnt shove the power up reward down my throat and I didnt have to sit through a lot of up sells. I know coorporate wants their workers to do that, but I appreciate the workers being respectful of me. Managers and assistant manager were very kind and helpful.

I went into gamestop looking for a certain game. I asked the clerk if they had the game,she said let me check our computer. the phone rang and she answered it. I turned around to ask her about the game,she was helping another customer. I went an orderdd the game off Amazon.

Know what you are going in for.. if you are just browsing cool. Only buy what you want they are pressured to pressure you into buying quite a few extras. Magazine is useless in the digital world.If you are going to be buying here quite a bit the card might be something that saves you money but only on used games which is where they make big bank no matter how big your discount is.

This store is nothing but fun!!! Not a huge gamer but I could talk to these girls for hours. They are so friendly and between the two of them, more knowledge then youll ever need to know. Ive been in a few gamestops across two states and thus little store in Marinette is by far the best one Ive ever been in.

Crazy girl that talks to much but nice place

I went in today with a problem and they tried thier best to help and they resolved it. The employees were very friendly and held a conversation with me as they resolved my problem. I was very pleased with my experience. I will not buy a game from any where else ever, but here ever again!

I ended up being charged $30 more then what I was suppose to pay. Was charged 15.00 bucks for a 8.00 game tag, guy said I would receive magazine...which I never did. Was charge for info transfer from one x-box console to another, when I was told it was free.Check your receipt when you go there, they use high pressure tactics to add things to bill without you knowing.
