In the end, I was happy with my purchase and (COVID-19) price.It took 11 days from the time I decided to buy my vehicle until it was ready for pick up.I understand that buying from out of state takes extra time, but I have a problem when my salesman takes several hours or overnight to get back to me to answer questions, which happened several times.I was also told by my third party inspector that the tires were in need of replacement. I was assured by the dealership that I had 5/32 left. The dealership was wrong, and I had to drive 14 hrs home through the rain on 3/32 tires.

Jerry Rambeau worked with us to get our new truck ordered. We were going to wait until new trucks were on thelot to purchase one. He let us know there would not be any unsold vehicles on the lot for quite a while. He was very helpful in locating an unsold truck for us. We only had to wait 6 weeks at the longest.

Robin was easy to work with and not your typical pushy salesperson! Was easy to get approval for loan from home which sped up paperwork process once we arrived to pick up vehicle. Detailing on vehicle was also amazing and the “Ozone” they referenced did the job at taking the smoke smell out of vehicle that was previously smoked in.

Jerry Rambeau was wonderful to work with. In these difficult car finding times, he kept in mind the type of car we needed and immediately sent us pictures and info when one became available. Can’t say enough about how nice and professional he is to work with, we HIGHLY recommend him.

Unfortunately, this wasnt my first bad experience with Marion Toyota. I figured that I would give them an opportunity to redeem theirselves. Test drove a car that I was looking to purchase for my son and the sales rep, Jeff went along with us. My son and I both liked the car and was interested in buying it, but the sales rep wouldnt let me take the car to show my uncle to see if there were any mechanical issues with it. The salesman wanted me to put down a deposit, which I didnt have any issue with, but wanted me to agree on price as well before taking it. KSo he didnt give me any incentive there. i discussed price with him but he wouldnt come down a penny. Stll no attempt to win me as a customer. I asked him of he did anything for retired veterans. His reply was only on new cars, which is true, but Im certain they couldve come down off the price if they wanted to. They didnt want to, so I left and bought a newer version for better value elsewhere. Their loss.

Lori is amaaaazing! I had two recalls on a car I bought from a dealership in my hometown. THAT dealership had me waiting, and I am not exaggerating or kidding, 5 HOURS to get my car detailed. DETAILED!!! I kept asking for a time update, or even a rental car, just to be told by the same salesperson Oh yeah yeah its almost done. Flash forward to Toyota Marion, and I couldnt be more thrilled. I called them to ask about getting the 2 recalls fixed, and Lori set it all up for the next day. I told her than I teach in the town over & couldnt afford to give up a whole day to sit in a waiting room, & Lori reassured me that her team could get the recall issue resolved in just 2-3 hours. She offered me a rental car, and it was super clean, brand new, and I went about my busy day. Around hour 2.5, I was called to pick up my car, and thats that. The team was professional, honest, and quick. I was so so pleasantly surprised after my horrible experience with the other dealership. I will be back to Marion Toyota for anything my Toyota needs!!!

I have been to Marion Toyota a total of 5x in the last year for AC service and each time a new issue is discovered that could not ever be due to a misdiagnosis on Marion Toyotas part. In fact, the service tech has been defensive each time instead of practicing true customer service. I purchased the used vehicle from Marion Toyota in 2018 using Jerry Rambeau (great experience on that end) but Tuesday, after diagnosing a new issue after I just spent almost $1400 on my last service in April to resolve my AC problem, the service tech told me three times that my vehicle was an old car and there is no way they could have initially misdiagnosed the problem. When I went in April, I paid for an AC compressor, oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that there was no oil change sticker showing when next service was needed and shortly after my maintenance required light came on. I then discovered the tire I was experiencing loss of air with that should have been rotated was in the same location. As well, my AC was blowing completely warm air. I expressed these concerns and took my vehicle in Tuesday again and was told that the oil was just a bit low and tires were a bit low on PSI but had been checked for leaks and none were found and a new AC diagnosis was given with a quote of $1700. I drove my car directly home that night (less than 15 miles) and yesterday, I arrived at work to discover that I have a flat tire. My works Facility Team filled the tire back up to PSI and ran soapy water around the tire; multiple leaks were found on the side wall of the tire that according to Marion Toyota were not there after their inspection. After being unsuccessful in reaching any person of management at Marion Toyota, I have filed a formal complaint with Toyota Corporate and would not refer my worst enemy to use Marion Toyota for any type of vehicle maintenance.Update: totally different diagnosis from another Toyota dealership that could have been the initial issue all along. Marion Toyota is a joke!

We purchased a new rav 4 in Aug 2020 from Marion Toyota, Up tile today, it has gone out of power, 3 times, no power, completely dead. We are extremely disappointed, there has to be problem from toyota or the dealership.

We just bought this used Lexus GX460 at our Lexus dealership in Memphis. Upon purchase, we upgraded to the 2019 GX rims (installed at Lexus). We drove it to southern Illinois to visit my folks for Easter. We arrived to find that 2 lug nuts were missing from the right front wheel, a third was a half turn from coming off, the rest were loose on that wheel and the left front! Lexus of Memphis has a great reputation so I was shocked--also blessed that this didnt cause us a horrific accident on the interstate. I made an appointment Saturday with Kelsey to see Dave at Marion Toyota. He was awesome. He listened to my concerns and even brought Casey, the mechanic, in to talk to me personally. They checked all four wheels, removed the fronts to check for damage, noted all nuts that were loose on my statement for my return to Lexus this week, torqued all the nuts properly, and got us on our way with peace of mind in under :45 from arrival to departure. The credit approval part and sales person no complaints, but when it comes to the financing that’s when the problems started. I was told first that there was someone else in front of me and there was only one financial person that was at the dealer, the other financing person had gone home sick. Understandable. The dealer closes at 6pm. I was not seen until 645. And was told by the financing Agent at that time that they are having problems. With the temp tag for my car. Now as I was walking around I happened to see the financing agent. With no one for a bit of time before the sales person finally let me in. And was told to drive my car with out temp tags home. Now at this point I really had no choice but to do so given that I live 2 hours away and my wife had to leave to get our kids from the sitters house. We were supposed to be back around 7pm. She didn’t make it home til 8:15 I didn’t make it home til 10:10pm. Its now Friday night and still don’t have my temp tags for my car and I got it Wednesday. For a dealer to have problems like This for a couple of days. Doesn’t seem likely. I sadly regret buying the car. I have not had a call from anyone on a update and will have to contact the dealer to see what is going on with my documents. One should Not have to contact the dealer when they are supposed to get you a temp tag and get you straight! I have never had theses type of problems with the other 4 dealers I have purchased other cars from! Also just got done getting inspections.Was told tires will soon need to be replaced. Looks like the car was not looked over well at all.

Me and my wife had visited several local dealerships looking at new and used vehicles and it was a pretty cold day so at most of the places we stopped at, no sales representatives came out. When we stopped at Marion Toyota, that wasnt the case. As soon as we got out to look at a vehicle Jerry Rambeau pulled up and offered assistance. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need or want. He showed us several options and found us the perfect vehicle within our price range that fit our needs. We are very happy with the service we received. When it came time to sign the papers, we delt with Scott Phelps, and I was very happy with the way everything was explained. I never once felt like they were hiding anything. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

On December 19 my husband and I bought our selfs a Christmas present and as anyone knows looking for trucks and finding one u like is the easy part. Getting financed for it can b nerve racking and uncomfortable to give a complete stranger all your lifes info. And with that being said u get sales people who pressure and push things on you to make them a better sales! Not really caring whats best for the customer.. But that is not the case at Marion Toyota. Our sales guy was amazing! I want to thank Jerry Rambeau for helping us through the whole process even stayed late after work and waited on us to drive almost an hour away. I talked to him Thursday morning and showed him the car and options I wanted. The dealership did not have it in inventory but Jon was able to find it at another dealership. Arrangements were made and it was delivered to Marion Toyota on Friday. I was able to drive my new car home that same day.I bought my first new Avalon from Marion Toyota in 2001 and I continue to come back doing business with both the sales and service departments.
