Sean performed above and beyond service on a last minute upgrade with our Chiropractic software that was due to an Adobe Flash problem. He made it the easiest upgrade I have had with less than a 24 hour notice! Well done!

Sean worked quickly and efficiently to try and help fix our Ricoh Aficio 2027 that had a large amount of toner spill out causing the pages to be darkened and speckled with toner. Sean let us know that he was not familiar with Ricoh machines from the beginning. A new drum was ordered quickly and installed within a week but sadly the drum is not working properly or is damaged since about 2 inches of the page are printing blank while the rest is printing clean and clear. We appreciate that he was willing to help us around the busy holiday season.
