I was very impressed with their work in assembling my system. Not only was the technician incredibly knowledgeable about the options available in my case, they were also very responsive in providing me with feedback throughout the assembly process. I would highly certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a new build ow who simply need help with the assembly process.

These guys are computer studs. I bought a new laptop a few months ago, didnt buy the warranty, and my cat spilled orange juice on it and turned it into a paper weight.A couple days later, I have a laptop thats as good as new. On March 23rd I took possession of a custom built PC for my wife to attend a Hybrid Program thru John A Logan College. I wanted the computer to be fast and not have any lag when doing online work. I wanted her to be able to do her homework and test without the stress of waiting for pages to load. Tim met this request and honestly went above and beyond with the build at a price I was ok with and below what I told him I was willing to spend.Now here is the reason for this awesome review. 14 days after my purchase the computer started throwing a hard disk failure error. I called Tim on April 6th and he told me to bring it in as soon as I can. He told me this because he remembered the computer was for my wife who was attending online classes at John A. I took him the computer he noticed me when I walked thru the front door and took the computer from me and told me hopefully by the end of the day it would be fixed, if not it would be tomorrow the 7th. I did not get the computer back on the 6th but Tim called me and told me it was done but he was keeping it overnight to make sure it would not fail again. On the 7th I picked up the computer and it has ran fine since and might even be a little faster than before.I spent a little more money on this computer than I would of at SAMS or Best Buy but the reason I did this is for two reasons. I wanted to purchase the computer from someone local and I wanted to drop the computer off and have it fixed under warranty if something went wrong with it.Well something did go wrong with it and I had it back in less than two days. I call that Awesome Customer Service and a Business that stands behind their products.If you need a computer I recommend Tim at Associate Computer Systems.

I bought a computer from here that I asked to be made into a gaming PC. I paid 450 for thats all fine everything was great until I get it home and nothing but problems. The sound didnt work and the USBs on the side didnt either so I took it back and he only fixed the USBs. So about a week later the graphics card quits working and he says he can charge me for another one. Poor service didnt want to help me to make it right. Along with bad-mouthing the place Happy Toms in herrin. At this point I wish I would have went there...
