Cody did an excellent job of walking us through the many choices of mattresses. Asked us all the right questions as to our current sleep habits and showed us many options to try out. We were looking for a king mattress and after deciding on the Purple 3, Cody let us know that they had a Purple Mattress in a king that was returned just a couple days ago. After explaining how the sleep warranty worked he told us how much we could save on the returned mattress. SOLD!!!!! What a savings!!! Great knowledgeable guy! Very much on the high price side with a slow delivery turnaround (worse since the pandemic). Ive always been happier at other shops.That being said, they have a nice showroom and the salespeople are less predatory than at another local furniture store.

Drove 3.5 hours to check out the store. Matt works incredibly hard to keep the store clean and running. He is knowledgable about his store and incredibly professional. He really goes the extra mile to make sure his customers leave happy, and if something goes wrong he does his best to make it right in an instant. I talked to the salesman, Joel, on the phone at Denver and he did to come in and ask for him by name, and I thought oh great another salesman just looking for a commission. I did ask for him when I got there and my phone impression couldn’t have been more wrong. Joel was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy, nor looking for the sale. He priced matched the online deal and gave me a longer warranty period than I would have gotten online. I walked out of Denver mattress a happy customer with more than I expected.

There’s only so much online research one can do.. I wanted to make sure the Purple bed I had decided on after my research was for sure the bed for me, so I went into the store to test it out. We chatted with Carter (not planning to buy anything) about a month ago. He was the epitome of a great salesman. He knew we werent buying and yet STILL treated us the same as someone who was planning to buy the store! So 2.5 months later, we went in to find Carter. He wasnt in that evening, but Corey assisted us and he was just as friendly. We wanted to chat with Carter a little further before pulling the trigger so we returned again for the 2nd day in a row and peppered him with more questions about the bed we had been researching for more than a year! What started out as a great experience with Cody, we just needed to pay for the mattress and get a couple more questions answered. Went bad when another family walked in and he just started helping them, not saying a word to us. Cody gets only 2 stars.There were 3 other salesmen available! Thank goodness one of them was kind enough to see what had happened and stepped in to finish the sale. I wish I remembered his name. We left the store with the correct product ordered and a delivery date.

Bought a king size tempur pedic from Carter. The entire process went seamlessly. I did some research on their site prior to going in and everything was done in less than hour. Carter knew what he was talking about and pointed some important key differences in mattresses I was considering. Cannot recommend this store enough.
