I was on the phone with Tracfone customer service for over an hour trying to have them fix my daughters phone. She could not receive pictures from people in messages. Tracfone said they would reset the phone and call me back in a half hour, they never did! I called this location in Marlboro and talked with Fabio who said he would try to help us. We went in the store and within less than a half hour it was fixed!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
