Since I entered the store the employee was pretty indifferent. As I was talking with him, there was no eye contact. He kept looking at the computer. Very dismissive. At the end he said he could not help me and wouldn’t give me his name because he didn’t want to get in trouble.Anyway, I want to believe that maybe he was having a bad day, but as a business owner, I would suggest Verizon to provide good customer service training to employees, so this situations can be avoided.

I have been coming here for years and find them absolutely amazing every time. They talked with me to find the best kind of phone for me instead of just selling me the most expensive one and they were absolutely right. They are very friendly and knowledgeable! I always come here for something with my Verizon account and would recommend them to anyone.

After a poor experience at a Verizon store in Sudbury. I arrived at this store with high hopes. The previous store was unable to transfer all my photos and contacts from the cloud to my new iPhone. They claimed i didn’t have it backed up correctly. Well the store manager Wiguen was able to transfer everything over. Saving all the photos of my recently deceased father. I’m forever grateful to him and now a customer for life

Employee seemed bothered by my presence and barely looked up from his own phone to speak to me. I was the only customer there and he seemed completely uninterested in helping me, he never even said hello. After quickly dismissing my questions I left frustrated and went across town to a different location and had a phenomenal experience. Please work on your customer service.

I recently bought a new phone at this location and it was an excellent experience. Savannah was very knowledgeable and caring and did an excellent job at helping me set up my new phone. I would highly recommend this Verizon store!

Just want to thank the many people that helped me at this location the past 48 hrs.. My iPhone 7 Plus was damaged when I took a bad fall. I took it to this location to have it evaluated and it was determined the internal battery mechanism was broken and there was no fix. I was given necessary info to engage the insurance company and received a new phone the very next day. A BIG THANK YOU to Chris for figuring out how migrate info from the damaged phone to my replacement phone given that the portal for migration was severely compromized. Chriss time and effort made for a very relieved & happy customer! A great team at this location!

Chris helped me out and took every possible opportunity to give me a awesome quick experience, I am a long time customer of Verizon and have never worked with someone as dedicated and hard working as Chris. If you’re gonna go to this location, work with Chris. He’s the best!

This store is the best! Id give it 6 stars if I could. They are all friendly, fast and overall great service. Ive been here several times and Jasen is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. I came in today because I dropped my phone and got cracked. Within 15 mins. Jasen got it taken care of and also fixed an unrelated problem with my phone. I highly recommend this store.

I went there to upgrade my phone, but I wasnt sure what phone I wanted and Chris answered all my questions and helped me choose the best phone for me. He transferred all my files from the old phone to the new, and even though it took a long time (i had a lot of pics) he was very nice and pleasant the whole time.This is my favorite Verizon store.

I went to the store to change my phone number and walked out with a new tablet and a new gizmo watch for my son! Adeel and Ponny were absolutely amazing! They explained everything in full detail, made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions I made. They made me feel welcome that day and with any future purchases and even helped each other showing good team work! Great guys to have on your team!

My over protection for security on my phone led to such annoyance with locks and such that I was spending 15 min.clearing barriers just to get into using the phone!! Chris was so helpfull and friendly told him my dilemma. He steadfastly spent better part of an hour and got me out of it. Jason you have a great guy. Thanks Chris

Went to this store with a broken phone and Chris was able to set me up with a new one, and transfer all my data. I was in and out in no time and the service was execellent. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

Very knowledgable and very helpful. The new manager Jason is amazing and knows a lot, very helpful in helping me setup my new phone and show me things about my account and phone I never knew before. This is my new go to store for all my cell phone stuff.

Horrible experience. Rude employees. They did not listen to my questions at all but rather tried to up-sale me, even though I told them I was not at all interested in the product they were trying to up-sale me. Im not stupid - I had done my research beforehand. Will not be going back to this Verizon outlet under any circumstances.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my lifetime. I am 50 years professional that has managed people my entire life. The dealings I had with this store has just put me over the edge. Normally I would just accept poor service and move on, but this was over the top. This guy Jason lies, then lies and then will lie again. Why I am not sure but he would make the sleaziest car salesman look like a saint.Trust me I could get into the details and it certainly isnt because I didnt receive my iphone on time as I can accept that things happen. I just dislike liars and thiefs and I know he is a liar.BEST BET GO TO ANOTHER STORE

Terrible. Had an issue with my phone they basically blew me off and told me I needed I new phone. Very short with their answers almost as if I was inconveniencing them. Also phone was fixed did not need a new phone.
