George C. here is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Trying to break numbers out of a family plan was a pretty terrible process. Five hours spread over two days. Sprint and T-Mobile definitely have not figured out how to merge accounts and numbers yet. Again I would give George specifically a five star, the store five stars, and Sprint and T-Mobile as a company three stars.

Jourdan and Edgar (and two other employees) went above and beyond helping us transfer a line, retrieve account info, and much more. These guys are the best. Stayed past closing to get the job done. Great team in a great store.

No help at all. If they cant scan your drivers license they do nothing for you. Not even a new sim card. That is some shady business practice. Never had this happen at any other carrier.

Devin Corey were extremely helpful to my husband and I. They went through our whole plan and explained everything to us and showed us all of the deals that we had and we didn’t know about. I highly recommend shopping here!!

What is the point of having a Sprint store if you dont even get Sprint service, 90% of Massachusetts is covered yet not covered by Sprint good luck getting 1 bar Sprint is horrible service wise yet I find it funny they have stores in all areas where you dont even get service. Selling dud phones basically and fake service plans. Im at the Sears auto center right next to the mall where they sell the plans and here I am dropping calls and losing signal left and right on a s10 brand new and im outside this is bogus. Sprint needs to use that money they steal and add more towers. At least have full service where you are trying to make business and add customers.

Devin and Corey where very helpful and knew everything about all there product in the store. Hulu is the best streaming service out there hands down.

When to this store trying to activate my new phone.. but the guy since we walk in wasn’t in a good mood so he did no try to help us at all. But every else find, nice and clean.

As i was at the sprint store today i met these two fine young men named Enco and Aaron. They were very helpful and explained everything in fine detail to my sister and myself . We had a few laughs and i enjoyed spending a little bit of my day with them :) they`re two fabulous young men and should get raises !!!

Ive been to the Sprint store in Leominster and had an excellent experience. Their customer service was top notch. I wish I could say the same for Marlborough. The associates acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I had chatted online with a Sprint rep who told me I could come to the store to have my phone repaired. The associates acted like I was an idiot for thinking I could have my phone repaired there, saying MOST people go through the manufacturer, not us. They told me they could fix my phone, but were basically trying to talk me out of it because they didnt feel like doing it. Terrible. I will never visit this store again.
