I needed to get a sim card for my new phone (upgrading a current line). Victor was the only employee during the last hour of the day, and he deftly helped the other customer and me simultaneously. He even brought out an extra chair from the back, to make sure we were all comfortable. It didnt take any longer than I was expecting, and I got to watch him untangle a difficult problem for the other customer while he dealt with my straightforward request.
The customer service here is a joke. The dude that always works there is the laziest guy I’ve ever met. About as helpful as a box of matches during a fire. DO NOT GO HERE. Just drive a few minutes to the mall location. DO NOT GO HERE

So why is there only one employee in the store with ten costumers ??? To come here you must have all day available because I’ve been here for an hour and yet have not gotten customer service there was at least 4 people who came in and left right away & now there’s three people waiting outside. I feel mad for the employee but why is there always one ? I’m just confused.
Bad service in store and online
After 10 years of being with Sprint I didnt feel appreciated and felt like I wanted a better phone plan and better customer service. My plan was to visit T-Mobile, At&t, and Verizon to compare and find the best deal for me. I came to this At&t store and was quickly greeted by Carlos who took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted from my service provider.Carlos took it upon himself to show me various options with different plans and even different phones that could get us better deals. Before I knew it I was getting an awesome deal for my family of four with new phones, better service and it was less expensive than what I was paying with Sprint after being with them for 10 YEARS. I didnt even have to go compare with T-Mobile and Verizon as I knew Carlos had given me one of the best deals I was going to be able to get.Now I am a happy At&t customer and will continue coming to this store for all my future phone needs.
I recommend seeing Carlos if you have any problem with your phone or simply buying just a case. Upon entering the store, he greeted me with a warm smile that made me feel welcome. He helped me find the perfect case for my needs. Hes great, I will definitely go see him for any phone situations!
Carlos is wonderful. He is very patient and helpful (he knows his product!). And, he is focused. He doesnt get frazzled if there are people waiting. He spends as much time as is needed with each customer. Once, he was helping someone when I came in, then another lady came in, then a couple came in. The window seats were filled on both sides. When it was my turn, no one else existed. Thats profressional! Good Job, Carlos!

This is the best AT&T around. Carlos and Vinny are great workers and very knowledgable and very helpful. They take their time helping you and helped me save a lot of money on my phone bill and cable bill. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! After waiting 1 hour patiently to be attended, Carlos (the only rep in the store) was finally able to come to us (thanks to another customer that left without waiting). We were trying to set up a business account and meanwhile when was attending some other customers at the same time and asking us about our address and social security number right in front of the other customers. We asked him to help us first since we were there first and he said in a very bad attitude that he was multitasking and asked us to leave HIS store and do not come back. As if someone would be willing to be attended by such a bad professional. Northobrough store has way better professional and we are definitely making Northborough our one and only At&T store.
Carlos was excellent at the Marlboro store. I jumped ship from Verizon after 33 years of loyalty. He was informative, professional and helpful throughout the whole transaction. Every time I had a question after the sale he made himself always available. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Carlos!!
Went to the RK Plaza location for a Galaxy Smartwatch. Carlos was very helpful with attending to my needs and very knowledgeable about the products and plans and even let me check out his own. I went to the Marlboro store because my old iPhone was dying a slow death, Roman Whittaker was patient (I am not a techie!) and explained everything to me about my new iPhone. He made sure everything was brought over from my old phone, set it all up for me, installed the protective cover and generally, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend seeing Roman for any service with AT&T!
Went in to change to a more reliable provider and I havent been dissapointed. I was fortunate enough to have Carlos handle, what I thought was going to be the headache of getting a new cell provider. He was very informative, professional, and courteous throughout the sale and really went the extra mile to make the experience go as smoothly as possible.
Carlos was phenomenally helpful, attentive and looked for ways to help us save. A unique experience in a day when customer service is an oxymoron.

This is the worst place I went in here to pay my bill and I waited until the worker was done with the customer he was helping then I asked him if he could let me pay my bill because I had to get home to my child. This is something that would have taken 5 minutes but he said he had 3 activations to do before I can pay my bill when I said you him it will only take 5 minutes I am paying cash he gave me an attitude and didnt even say anything just ignored me and started talking to someone else then I left came in the next day to pay my bill and the same employee didnt even post my paid bill to my account right away so then HQ tried to charge me 6$ late charge and when I told customer service that I paid my bill on time and I had the proof they couldnt figure out why the employee never posted it to my account. This employee is rude and ignorant and he is never pleasant to deal with it is like he doesnt want to even be working there. The other employee that works there I dont know his name he is the one that signed me up for at&t in the beginning he is an amazing employee he is always very helpful and he always k ows what to do if something is wrong he knows what he is doing. But either the other guy who wouldnt take my bill needs to be trained in customer service or they need to get a new employee
Spent 20 minutes with an employee looking up my info trying to just get a price on how much it’s be to add a mobile hotspot to my phone. After 20 minutes he took a phone call and spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone while ignoring me. I ended up just walking out.
Stay away. Terrible experience.Visited to replace a defective sim card. Should be a 5 minute procedure. Left after 45 minutes without a working sim. I was given a new not-activated sim - which I had to pay for. I will have to invest additional time of my own to try and get it activated with customer service.The young customer rep couldnt activate the sim on my phone due to some code which was displaying against my account. He had no idea what the code meant. Decided to call HQ to straighten things out, but didnt know number for HQ. He says usually its just dial *8 on att phone, but - and get this - the AT&T retail customer rep running the AT&T store DOESNT HAVE AT&T PHONE SERVICE! He has Sprint for his phone. So, after 15 minutes watching him on hold with ATT general service service he gets transferred to HQ. The result... He receives a recorded greeting from HQ with option to leave a message for later call back during normal business hours.In short, I wasted nearly an hour of my time for what should have been a 5 minute visit. The AT&T rep hasnt been trained on status codes to change the sim on a phone, he doesnt know how to call for support when needed and doesnt even use the services that hes trying to sell me. Finally I have to pay for a sim that he could not activate, which I will need to try an activate spending additional amounts of my time.I guess I now know what the and in AT&T means ... AND you Mr Customer are screwed.
Will promise you certain plan price with a new phone, and then the actual bill comes much higher. Don’t care anymore after getting their commission.

Very bad service I went to change my cell for a more advanced one, I said that you have the product that was a note 20 ultra of 250 after I balance my old cell phone to change it, I say that you do not have it and you can not return the money I ended up asking for a s21 ultra not to lose waiting for it to arrive to return it and give below the very called service experience go online to a real store
5/26/2019, I was at the AT & T cell phone store in Marlboro MA, and the manager surprised me with his very kind and courteous attention, at the end of the business of buying my new cell phone, I was very satisfied, from my part I will recommend my friends to visit this store
