Twice in one week they were out of eggs, when there is literally a super one next door, maybe there is an egg shortage but I’m positive when I go to grocery stores I see them there. And of course you still pay full price. No coke or Pepsi products. Not very smart considering you can get all that 15 feet away at Dunkin’ Donuts, which is where I will go from now on.

Nice clean friendly atmosphere. The coffee smell when you walk in was to die for!Fabulous!! We had a party of 3 and all the bigger tables were blocked off due to covid, so we sat apart which we didnt care for. But the location to the major highway, cost n taste of the coffee made up for it. Youll like the people n pets day which was the day we were there.

This location used to be great, staff especially, it was our preference over Starbucks, the people working there in the last month or more are the reason we will stop going for a while now, rude, seem bothered by our larger order (6 items), and even tho it took them 20 minutes to make them, they werent very good, tasted unsatisfactory compared to past. New staffing here is not good. We will be going back to Starbucks again, or even give the new Dunkin a try.

I stopped in for an early morning coffee, the medium was surprisingly large, maybe 16 or 20 ounces... as an impulse I ordered an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I was a little let down you had to put the cream cheese on yourself but they gave you plenty. Nice find, great coffee!

The staff were so kind! I went in with a big order and coupons and they were absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect! Don’t worry I made sure to leave a great tip 😋 they definitely deserve it!

Little pricey but real good.

Staff are always very polite, friendly and have a smile for you (a masked one of course) The coffee and coffee drinks are always consistent and Bragels are soft perfectly chewy with the right amount of cream cheese.

Their coffee is expensive and after ordering mocha coffee with chocolate all it tastes like was strong coffee not chocolate at all

The owners are not at all like depicted. They show no respect for their staff and no regard for their safety. I was amazed to find them not asking for customers to wear masks when entering premises! If I could give zero stars I would.The staff are friendly and obviously work hard. Especially the ones who work the early shifts.

Bragels are addicting and their coffee is superbly made/mixed. Well within budget for a quick brunch meal. Nothing else to really say... Go check it out!

Just a heads up- apparently they “shut their toaster off” for the bagels at 5:30 even if they close at 8. Went there last Saturday trying to grab coffee and a bagel before work. The reason she had it shut off was because “they usually close at 5:30”, I don’t know what that has to do with anything because they closed at 8 that day but heads up- apparently no bagels after 5:30.

I had never been to Biggby until a franchise came to Marquette. I absolutely loved it. It has a very low-key, colorful atmosphere. The coffee and drinks are fantastic! A little pricy, but if its only a once in awhile thing, its worth it. I especially love the Michigan Cherry coffee!

We stopped and got two large black coffees. It tasted like watered down Star Bucks. Im sorry to say, but some of the gas stations in the area have better coffee.

So much better than the other option. Biggby Coffee is very smooth and does not have that burnt taste. Bragels are awesome! A must try. The drive-thru is a major plus at the Marquette, Michigan location.

Oh my! First trip and cant wait for another. Fabulous selection of drink items and food choices. Chose Sticky Toffee latte for my first go and the first sip was so buttery smooth and delicious. Cant even capture that experience in words.

The slowest drive thru ever, I come here often and am a regular customer and enjoy the coffee and other things here but I am sick of the 15 minute wait each time I come to get something, even though there only 2-4 cars in front of me.

They have a great iced chai tea latte and I like the turkey Havarti bragel . Nice and pleasant employees, too.

This is one of my favorite places. Their coffee is amazing (download the app... their menu is phenomenal). Unfortunately I have had to cut back on caffine recently... but no worries! They have an equally amazing selection of non-coffee drinks too!

Pour your own coffee in flavors you can get at the gas station. The flavors they make arent any different or better than everything else in town. Service leaves something to be desired. They were more interested in chatting up their friends than helping a new customer. Sitting in the lobby right now listening to them complain about the customers they have served today. Not super professional.

My husband and i get our coffee every morning sometimes twice a day. Today we get our coffee leave to do our shopping find out my order was not what i ordered i called to let them know come in to get a replacement no sorry for the inconvenience. its not the first time we have felt our business is not welcome here, the level of service has down graded the new staff are not so welcoming there, sorry but id rather take our business across the road.

Biggby has great specialty drinks and regular coffee. Their bagels are really good as well. The staff is always friendly and quick. The have a lot of great coupons and run their deals often. Great place with lots of room to do work or just relax.

Decent place but I have come in a handful of times now, and while sitting at a table I can easily hear the workers talk poorly about most of the customers and complain about their job. I understand everyone likes to vent, but it is extremely uncomfortable when I am sitting clearly right there and they are complaining about customers. A customer would come in and as soon as they walk out they make some remark about the person. Makes me very uneasy. Then when there werent customers they were on their iPhones. This particular day it was Isabelle, Jenna, and Danyelle listed on the board for the shift.

The coffee was pretty expensive, but it was also very good. Store was clean and the workers were friendly and fast. It also has free WiFi.

I only go to the Gaylord,MI one as there is no good coffee on I 75 North of the urban sprawl. Generic blends mostly. Ok+ coffee. Good store and workers.

Ive only been here once, but the service was great. The staff was very friendly and my coffee was delicious! It wasnt as strong as it is at the Biggby I usually go to, but it actually tasted a little better.

I love the chocolate chip cookie freeze and my girlfriend always gets the frozen the teddy bear with annextra shot.

Fantastic customer service, WIDE variety of lattes, and the bragels are amazing. I cant always sip on coffee or finish a cup but the great thing about Biggby is that all of their lattes can be made hot, iced or frozen. So if I cant finish a cup thats hot, its still great when its cold unlike the others, no coffee wasted! 5 stars no doubt!
