SUPER helpful staff!! Walked 2 feet in the door before I was asked if I needed help. Explained what I needed and they brought me right to it. They even left to get a hydraulic cart so we didnt have to lift onto a cart. Checkout was smooth and then was offered help loading. The hydraulic carts are definitely a cool way to get things in the back of cars without breaking a back!

Have been going to harbor freight since they open, I think they know me by name.Became a itc member for a small fee, but indeed I am saving huge.I love the hercules brand

I looked for an item on the floor unsuccessfully, so I asked a young man that was stocking shelves about it. He immediately knew that it was stocked in the back and quickly brought it out. The check out was professional and the young man hand trucked my purchase to my truck and loaded it up. Excellent service.
