This place never disappoints me with the bad attitude they have. Lucky must attracts the most unhappy employees. Lost my business a while ago, I come back every once in a while to be reminded. It’s worth driving a distance to get better service I live right down the street.

Easily found what I was looking for, good prices too! I was happy to see everything even the bathrooms was clean and sanitized. The clerks were cheerful to boot! Great experience overall.

Deli sandwiches were delicious, made to perfetion, please add pesto to your sandwich dept.

I prefer Lucky supermarket to Safeway any day of the week. This store has a nicer vibe than Safeway and the employees that Ive encountered seem sincere, friendly, and happier than other grocery stores.

Nice grocery store. Limited self checkouts. Bank of Americas ATM is inside. Fried chicken is not good as that of Safeways fried chicken. Conveniently located for locals.

They had a lot of food past the expiration date an almost all the drinks I went to grab was covered in something sticky ! But the employees were all very helpful an very friendly!

Great place to shop, store has a great selection of just about everything. Employees are amazing, always helping with a smile & customers here too are just as amazing. I was grabbing a few items from the freezer area and dropped a couple of items, 2 random people helped me pick them up and even held the freezer door open for me to grab more items! Definitely my place to go.

That grocery store is cool because they have a food bar you can go help yourself to some warm food already made or make yourself a salad.

They dont carry sparkling hop water. (Neither H2ops nor Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher). Id love to see more zero-alcohol alternatives available at local grocery stores. Thier selection of other sparkling waters is pretty good though.

I really like the variety and different foods that they carry! The prices are good and the produce is USUALLY fresh. The fresh squeezed orange juicer is pretty awesome too and makes the best OJ.

After living in Martinez for only 2 months, and living in close proximity to this store, I of course had been here several times. Customer service doesnt seem to be of importance to a lot of businesses here. Finally one night I was in and there was a young man, Emilio, who was so polite to everyone. I offered him a job and he is now providing that customer service to my residents.

This store is full of employees with bad attitudes although one young man in produce (Jr.) had a professional and knowledgeable attitude and was very helpful . I am right down the street and have to go to Nob Hill because management at this store let’s employee walk around with lousy looks on the faces and checkers with “Bitchy” attitudes. I just tried to phone store to complain and after 20 rings someone picked up phone and hung it up, Not surprised is all I can say.

Convenient location. Prices on produce a but higher than Id like but when its in the way home its acceptable.

Large well stocked store. Usually not very busy also. Always has sale items in stock. Have never had to get a raincheck.

Good to pick up forgotten essentials. Self checkout is usually almost empty.

Great prices on meat

I was at Lucky earlier today 5/12/19 picked up some groceries and had a pleasant experience until I got to the cashier. Jeanette was our cashier, she saw me pull out the EBT card and loudly asked is that EBT? She then reached under and grabbed some bags and slammed them on the counter. My wife told her, we brought bags, and she tossed them with an attitude. Jeanette began ringing our food and tossing everything like she was the card holder in a poker game. Zero exaggeration, she was very rude and made us feel embarrassed. I lost my job due to the Tesla cut and we have been dealing with enough stress. It’s not the end of the world but Jeanette has no right to treat people any way she chooses. She was beyond ridiculous and I wanted to say something but then I imagined she was just having a bad day. I hope a supervisor talks with her and correct that before she causes a lawsuit. We will not be returning to this Lucky.

Nice local grocery store in Village Oaks neighborhood. 2 Electric Car Quick chargers in parking lot and many other things to do there. Papa Murphy pizza, Togos, McDonalds, Rite Aid pharmacy...

Place has some pretty decent sales. Store is kept pretty clean. Service is decent but sometimes slow.

Went around Thanksgiving, staff friendly and always approached asking if Im finding everything and helped when I needed it. Not a large store and seemed to not have as much variety as Ive seen in other stores
