The store manager and the store rep were Fantastic! We got immediate help, they had the purple iPhone 12 ! And even talked us into getting apple watches !! They were patient with us even though we kept having to make phone calls because of the system they made it go by so fast and helped me set up everything ! Helped me pick out lots of accessories too! I’m more than pleased with them!

Again for the 3rd time weve set up auto draft. Not sure who is at fault the store employees or customer service. Cust serv told customer to cut down a tree to get better reception. Either way we are always there 30min -2hrs. Also, theres been a lot of turnover since Feb,2021. This store needs to be closed for 2days for alot of training with each employee or by late summer alot of customers will go elsewhere.

We treat local AT&T (southwestern VA) like our own personal Apple store. We are 60 y/o and use their young tech-savvy brains. They are patient and thorough and RESPECTFUL (meaning they took our concerns and questions seriously) They don’t try to sell us what we don’t need. During our visit the other customers were over 50 y/o and were being served as we were.

Best store hands down. Quick service and kind workers. Would highly recommend

Completely illegitimate company branch of ATT. This retailer is unresponsive, incompetent, and tries to trick you with offers they cannot complete. The sales clerk does not provide paperwork and does not properly accept returns according to ATT policy. Rogue store, and enter at your own risk. Due to this branch negligence I would NEVER do business with ATT. Dishonesty is their policy!!!

The sales rep was a great people person. Made you feel relaxed about your purchase. I would want to see him if I had any questions, because of his great attitude.
