This is the worst Verizon, maybe retail store all around that I have ever walked into. The guy behind the counter is some military tatted up guy who is extremely rude. The first time I went in there, it was at an hour before close. He made it very clear that I wasnt getting services adjusted unless i spent almost 400 dollars, had horrible customer service, unprofessional. So I went to Verizon in Plainfield, Indiana. I paid 56 dollars to get what I needed. Been dealing with mobile coverage quite a while now, he tried fooling the wrong person. Anyways, second time I come in, out of all the employees, he comes to greet me like Im some homeboy asks sup. I said, hello, Im looking for a new wrist band for my galaxy watch. Or tried...before I could even finish my sentence, he interrupted and yelled, we dont have any. I said okay thanks sir. No explanation, not even sure if he heard my whole question. And that will be the last time I ever enter this store. Sucks i live so far south, and the store my town has, sucks so bad.

Went their with my phone that was not charging to get someone to fix it or at least direct me to the warranty company. I was told they couldnt help me other than sell me a new phone !! I have a galaxy 10 and bought a warranty..could have been more helpful in helping me call the warranty company or at least direct me in the right place....no help to you I am receiving my new phone tomorrow!! It would be nice of our phones work in Verizon wireless dont knew what they were doing I we pay 200 almost $300 out of a Month and our phones dont work but no one at Verizon wireless knows what theyre doing.

Ive been with Verizon for several years now. Actually changed from AT&T because Chuck changed companies. He is extremely polite and friendly. Im an older person and he never treats me with disrespect but will talk me through any troubles Im having. I enjoy talking to him.

We usually always go here to for phone upgrades and always have exceptional service. Last week was no different; however, we had a new staff member helping us and he over promised on the expected arrival date of the new phone. When it came days later, I was of course upset. I voiced my complaint to another staff member who took my concerns to management and received a call the same night with an apology and a free activation fee. We are more than satisfied with the outcome of this experience. Will be back in a few months for our next transaction!

Very Rude female worker! Will never go there again!

I usually love this store, but yesterday (5/2/2020) they were down right rude. We usually go to this store because in the past they have done all the calls for us such as pulling a phone number off of an old plan on to a new one, switching numbers, backing up the old phone, and putting it into the new phone, ect. Yesterday was not the case. My mother and I went to pull me off of her plan and on to my own and get my self a new phone, as well as upgrade my younger sister’s phone. We went to Martinsville because of our previous wonderful experiences with them. We were a little late 5:30, (They don’t close until 6.) but thought since I was willing to drop a couple hundred dollars and get a new plan they would be willing to be open a few minutes longer to help us. We barely got out of the car and the employee ran out side and asked us what we needed. We told him the reason for our trip, and we’re told they do not do the number switching at the store. We would have to call a help center and do it our selves, set up my own plan, and only come back when we were ready for an new phone. I know this is a lie because a few months ago they added my mother’s boyfriend’s phone on to our plan and they set up everything. I will have my mother call and release my number and set up my new plan, but will not be going back to this store in the future, and certainly not buying my new phone from there. I’ll go to Sam’s Club and get a $100 gift card and a new phone since they obviously did not want my money at Martinsville.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE if you are a VERIZON customer!!! GO to an OFFICIAL VERIZON store !!!! We were defrauded in this store by the salesperson... He added unauthorized charges to our account, then told us we would recieve an email with our bill. We never recieved it... We called the company and they assured us someone would call us in 24 to 48 hours ... I sent an email nothing!

Experience was wonderful with Chuck. He was kind and patient and set me at ease after another retailer riled me up...also explained things so I could understand and didnt complicate things.
