Brought a Samsung A50 screen that I had ordered from Amazon into this repair shop and they replaced the screen with a A20 Samsung screen. After confronting the store owner about the inaccurate screen replacement he denied that he had anything to do with it and continued to recite this quote “ not my problem” I advise anyone who is in need of honest and accurate service with phone repairs to not trust in this business. They never offered to fix nor replace the screen.no refunds is their policy.

Very happy and impressed with their service. Took my iPhone to have my screen replaced as it was severely cracked. The gentleman said it would take 1.5 hrs to complete but he finished it within 45 min which was wonderful. They had so many options to choose from for cases and I got a super cute Kate Spade! I then purchased a glass screen protector and he installed it for me which was a huge help. I had a great experience with this store and will go back again. I recommend them.

Lowes had no T5 screwdriver ... they only had T7 and T8 ..... Office Max charges $14.95 to open any machine .. but when they looked at my machine, ... they never had seen star shaped screws that tiny before and thus the lowest they had was T6 .... However -- ITECH & REPAIRS -- a new Cellphone Repair shop in Liberty Mall ... had every TORX Screwdriver ... T3, T4, T5, T6 on up. So for $2 they removed my laptop back cover and said bring it back when ready and they will screw down for $2 more. Thats 5 STAR Customer Service in my Book ALL DAY!

This guy doesn’t know what he is doing and just wants your money. And if you bring something back, he says it’s a firmware issue and not his problem. I took my phone over to Mike at Coulson’s and he fixed it right up. This guy uses cheap materials and once he takes your money doesn’t care. Save yourself the headache and go to Coulson’s.

The very first time I went here to get my IPhone 6s repaired, the guy was very reasonable with the price. It only costed 40 something dollars to get it fixed. When I got it back it worked just like it did before my screen got cracked. Hes very talented I would recommend going for a cracked screen 100%.

Terrible Terrible. DO NOT GO. Sarcastic and rude when we presented the phone showing him it was not working after he replaced the screen. Shrugs and turns up the music. When you see a sign that says NO REFUNDS--run, dont walk, away

Put a screen on my phone and he messed up my phone while putting it in. Phone screen is fidgety now and calls people even when you arent touching the screen. He told me it was a us cellular problem but it never done anything it does now before. I wouldnt waste your time here and find somewhere who will stand behind their work.

I would give him a 0 if i could he was rude an arrogant quoted me one price an without warning me before he fixed it, he changed the price to a higher price without telling me beforehand.i will never recommend him to no one ever.

Good service and quick

The man which runs this shop took my money to order a part and said I would receive a call when it was in. No call. Three weeks later I return to ask what is happening and he says he called and left a voicemail but that he doesnt know where he put the part now. I ask so what do we do. He doesnt answer me for 10 minutes until my husband walks into the shop. He then just shrugs and smiles when asked what our options are. He gave us a partial refund after being told by my husband that if he couldnt fix the phone then we needed some resolution and says it is too much for him to keep up with. How do you run a business being sarcastic and not keeping any type of records of what you promise customers?
