Good variety of games decent price

Called looking for systems, had 1 but told me they do not reserve. So I drive to the store to buy it and I am told the only one they have is reserved for someone. GameStop is the worst, and the Martinsville store is reflective of that. I will gladly spend my $500+ elsewhere.

My favorite store

My son called several GameStops in the area, as well as other electronics stores, looking for a Nintendo Switch. The store in Martinsville took his name and number and promised to call when more Switchs came in. After a few weeks, he was beginning to lose hope when Dustin from Martinsville called, stating 10 Switchs had come in! Dustin was very kind and patient as my son made his purchase. Dustin was awesome and well definitely be back to make more games purchases in Martinsville!

Had very helpful staff who were very lively and knew what they were talking about. Went on a Saturday during a buy 2 get 2 on pre owned games. It had a small 3DS collection but had plenty of other games to choose from at a decent price. It was a very organized store and very clean.

Every time Ive gone to this store, the staff has always been courteous and friendly, and helpful if Im looking for something. Always organized and engaging on pre-releases, and gets everyone in and out on their way to play their games. Have had no issues with this store since I started going, and I hope that doesnt change.

It has games of the current gen and last gen. Anything alse though your kinda out of luck. But its not bad if you wanna buy some games cheap.

Gamestop is still enforcing a rediculous mask policy even when theres only 1 person in the store. Despite the fact the state and county have lifted all mask mandates. I understand I dont have to shop here, and I absolutely no longer will.

Beware! They will sell you pre-owned or refurbished products at above retail price! Shop around first. 3* for knowledgeable staff, but multiple occasions Ive found Ive been had on my purchases. My wife bought a used headset, whenbi learned what she paid, I returned it and went to Wal Mart and bought the same one for $20.50 cheaper.... NEW
