People there are not to familiar with all items in the store.

Manager Travis and Sales consultant Lakeshia were extremely helpful when i switched to sprint from another provider. I went in once for phones, then went back a second time for a watch. They were fast in getting me in and out. Their customer service was a big factor in me switching. i highly recommend this store

A new phone recently purchased out of state was having network problems. I brought it into this store and in no time they had it corrected. Friendly staff and they were quite helpful. Good job!

That Kezhanae or whatever her name is, is very unprofessional and rude! Does not have any knowledge of the products and misleading. Gave me inaccurate information basically lying to me just to get a sale. At one point she had her cell phone out while we were in the process not paying attention to me but focused on her cell phone texting someone. I will never step foot back in this location again until they get rid of her. I use to love this specific location. I will be contacting corporate.
