The Maryville, Mo. store always gives excellent customer service and is super friendly.
This has been the worst experience ever. I thought it was going to be a good transition for my family. NOPE.. STAY AWAY!!!!... I have been regretting this decision since I started this... No one has been able to help me resolve the situation. I only get the run around when I look for resolution. The manager is never there when I need to speak the them, and I cant get a hold of anyone higher above the store. Go figure... Save yourself the frustration...

This store did an amazing job especially Codie and Chris. I had went to the Chillicothe AT&T store and received terrible service. I was lied to about the first responder service and was given two new phones without them verify that they worked. I had drove an hour and a half to go to that store. I then had to drive an hour and a half to Maryville Missouri to have it fixed. Codie and Chris at the Maryville Missouri store were extremely helpful, experienced, and super nice. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was fixed correctly. I would highly recommend anybody visiting this Maryville Missouri branch.

Fantastic store and Codie does amazing job she’ll do what she can to make sure you are satisfied with her service. she makes sure you understand what your getting and she just does and all around great job. And they keep the place organized and clean

In my opinion, stay away from AT&T ‘Authorized Retailers’. These authorized retailers are not owned or managed by AT&T in any manner. Authorized retailers are like car dealers. They make up their own rules and contracts and will sell you anything they can get away with. The employees in an authorized retailer do not work for AT&T. Many of the authorized retailers want their customers to think they are walking into an AT&T owned store by having a large AT&T logo on the front of the store. Some authorized retailers design the stores to look like AT&T corporate stores. It’s very deceptive. Community User
This store is always clean, professional, and has a wonderful staff! The customer service here is great and I always leave happy and satisfied!! Codie is excellent !! She takes the time to make sure each individual is taken care of and has an amazing attitude! If youre not with AT&T you should be!!

They are the WORST company ever. The employees will lie to your face and STEAL your DISABILITY CHECK and you dont get nothing cause they were trained to do everything possible to steal your money. Even corporate is liars and thiefs. Call for Action and the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me.

After almost 5 hours with the online chat customer service with AT&T, getting no where after four departments and at least eight representatives, only to eventually be told they couldn’t help me, you two gentlemen helped me in less then 20 minutes. I have been a customer of AT&T for several years. The staff that is there now, working with Codie is amazing. They actually treat the customer with respect and take time to explain things. They go above and beyond for the Maryville area.

The most unbelievably inept and incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. Tried to buy a $1300 phone from this store. They were less than helpful and couldnt provide anything that even resembled any kind of service. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years and Im about to switch carriers because of this store. If you have to go AT&T, save yourself some frustration and drive right by this store and go to St. Joseph. They should close their Maryville location and blacklist every employee who works there. It is a waste of good real estate.

It has been a horrible transition, they made it sound sound so easy to switch and bundle my phone with direct tv. Told we would have to pay fees and the bills are piling up, hopefully it will all be taken care of and my payments will end up as low as I was told. So far highly disappointed

The staff were great and did their best to help my fiancée and I out. Unfortunately, the way the company tried to nickel and dime us was atrocious. Not only did it take several days for us to get service on the right numbers, we were also unknowingly charged for a 3rd line that we didnt even want. Sparing the details, were basically out of over about $200 for nothing. We switched immediately to Google Fi. Our bill with Google is around $136 compared to our first bill at AT&T which was almost $400! I advise you to PLAN and bring someone that is experienced in cell phone jargon if are going to sign up with AT&T. They will absolutely give you the run around and make it near impossible to reach your initial quote. DO NOT fall for the initial quote. You most certainly will not be getting that.

Very good Customer Service. If you can not find the At&t phone you are wanting to buy, they will order it in to buy. Same with all other Web, communication Devices. They have Plan phones, Directv, IPods, & Computer Notebooks, along with At&t Prepaid Phones & Ipods. Both are very good.

PSA....11 people.... ELEVEN PEOPLE supposedly gave a review of this store & all 11 gave 5 stars & praised the same people on the same day? I THINK NOT! 44 reviews of this store over the last couple years & 11 of them were 5 days ago. Another 6 were in the last week. 17 out of 44 were in the last 7 days! What a crock!!! Maybe instead of making up fake reviews, try working on customer service!If I could give this store a negative rating....I WOULD! Talked my dad (79 years old) into paying more per month for an old iPhone I had to make it easier for him to see pics of his grand babies. All he had to do was get a new chip from this store for his phone for it to be able to work. Instead of selling him a $10 SIM card, they took his old one out of a flip phone & cut it to make it fit, which it didn’t! He didn’t have anything saved to his phone...it was all on the old SIM card, which was now destroyed. Everything on that phone now lost! They did however sell him a case for his old iPhone, which they found out they didn’t even have in stock. The case cost more than the iPhone!!! Talk about taking advantage of the elderly!! He had no idea what he was doing & trusted them when they told him he needed it. They told him they would refund him his money for the case they didn’t have, which they did. BUT....they charged him $5.00 to restock the case....THAT THEY NEVER HAD! When he went to the store, they told him it was policy to charge that & there was nothing they could do. He’s made several trips to the store trying to get this resolved, as they don’t answer the phone there or return calls. I’ve called several times in the last few weeks & have left repeated messages. None have been returned!!! Maryville Mo AT&T store is a JOKE! The female manager there... is a JOKE! The only way we were able to get this resolved, was through customer service & unfortunately they could only refund the $5 & could do nothing about all the lost information from the phone. Do NOT do business with this store!!! They are each individually owned & operated stores. Go to an AT&T store in St. Joe or KC!!!!
