I needed a new phone, but was dreading the the process of actually getting one. I went to the Foothills Mall store after reading reviews, and was not disappointed. The sales rep, David Oliver was great. He helped my transition from a very old phone to a new one. He was very informative, courteous and answered all my questions. Upgraded our family’s phones with Eric Finley and we were thrilled at the personalized care he gave us. I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store, located within the Foothills Mall. I was greeted promptly by one of the team members, Sharon, who helped me very quickly with my predicament of upgrading to the new iPhone from my current one. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I could thoroughly tell that the team members, Sharon and her coworker, were very knowledgeable with the products and their including information as such. There was no pressure from either in forcing me to upgrade, but simply to assist me with my questions and concerns. This did lead me to upgrading to my new iPhone in which I love! I highly recommend the staff and store at Foothills Mall.

Victor took care of my needs today. I was extremely happy with his friendly service. He gave me options for many extras and even offered me a great deal on a tablet but I declined because of my limited budget. Even though the tablet was free I cant afford the extra for the service. Andrew at Foothills was so kind and helpful. He answered every question I had and fixed every problem for me. I am not text savvy and it made it easy for me to understand. He gave me his number and I had to text him several times with questions. I tried to get help from a different Verizon representative at a different location and he was so rude and hateful. We have been to the Turkey Creek store twice and the difference between that store and this one is like night and day. Matt Mullen was very attentive, with helpful suggestions and answers to questions we didnt even know to ask! Never felt rushed, he actually acts like he wants to help you and he does :-)

Went to get some Sim cards for the prepaid Verizon service and was told that it is not something Verizon offers, told them I had just been browsing on the website but wanted to do business with a local dealer, then he looks it up and seems to gain the education of services offered by where he works after telling me it didnt exist. Then refused to sell me Sim cards because he wasnt sure if they would work in my phones, (also verified online prior to going in). They lost my business before getting it!On to a local SMALL BUSINESS NOT FRANCHISE!!! to get my service.

I recently switched over to Verizon from Sprint and Corey Fritz made it so easy! He also got me the iPhone X on release day by ordering it as soon as it was released for pre order. He is the best! John Brand was the gentleman who assisted my husband and me today! So patient with us both! My husband rattles on and on and he listened and answered every question and explained everything so clearly! My phone had crashed my husband had lost app store; we are not very tech savvie! I love coming to this store for all of my Verizon service and cellphone needs. I came in a few days ago looking for a case. The store was currently out of stock, but the employee went out of his way and drove to a different location that had the case so I could get it that day. Now thats customer service! I am feeling a bit amiss. While my service is great, I am having another sort of problem. I purchased two iPhone 5s - one for myself and one for my daughter, with the agreement that I would get $200 credit for trading in EACH of our old smart phones. A week later I received the codes to obtain the credit. 4 or 5 times I have attempted to go online and input the codes to get my credits. Each time it gets me right to the last page and then defaults to an error screen. Today I attempted one last time, and the website just kept hanging up, and stalling. I decided to try it on my iPhone, and it does not show the field to input the codes and tried to process my credit for only $1. I am beginning to think this credit thing is a scam. I have screen-shots of the error messages, AND where it was going to give me the $200 credit. This is bait and switch, and it is outrageous!

The rep was very knowledgeable about our new phones. We went in with a small problem on my wifes phone. We left with two new phones, a better plan that ended up costing us less. Very pleased with our new phones.

I was at first apprehensive about getting a new phone. I originally had a basic phone, but the salesmen took their time to coach me through the new features available on a smartphone. They were happy to answer any questions and even transferred the pictures of my grand kids over to my new phone. The staff took store cleanliness very seriously. They were never sitting, instead always looking for ways to help each other out or clean. Coming from a service background, this is very important to me as a customer.

My phone broke in the middle of trying to move to Ohio, I needed a new phone fast because people were trying to get a hold of me. I am very, very happy and impressed with both Daniel Leitao and Nick Hartsell at this location. I lost my phone in a river and my family and I choose to buy our phones and are not under contract by choice. All I needed to get myself up and running was a SIM card. I was greeted by Kelly Nichols at a different store who told me that my phone, a Samsung S8, could not be added to the network. He was really betting on me being slightly uneducated. I knew my phone was compatible, and I left feeling like Verizon was really letting me down. I decided to visit this location in the mall, and they ported a new SIM card in literally seconds. Kelly wasnt going to make any commission from my interaction, therefore he didnt care about my problem. Nick and Daniel were quite apologetic about my experience elsewhere. I tried to buy them a snack or coffee in gratitude for their service, but they kindly refused. Verizon....these 2 gentlemen saved you from losing a non-contract customer.

Tonight my wifes phone messed up (in a boot loop) so we took it to the closest store to where we were which was the store located at 1102 Foch st in Maryville, Tenn. We went in and there were only 2 employees working. One was a man in his mid to upper 40s sitting at a computer and a younger man in his 20s. The younger man greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked how he could help us. He looked at the phone and told us we only had 2 options, pay off our phone and upgrade or file it under insurance. I told him my phone (same exact phone) did the same thing earlier this year and it was replaced due to a manufacturer warranty. He looked at the phone and told us we only had 2 options, pay off our phone and upgrade or file it under insurance, he just didnt seem to want to help us at all. we then went to the store located inside foothills mall where we spoke to a young man named Josh. He was very interested in our situation and told us the phone was still under warranty and made one phone call and took care of everything for us. This is not the first issue we have had out of the Foch st store and also by online reviews many others have had issues as well. We are very pleased with the store inside foothills mall and Josh for everything!!!

Dont buy the tempered glass screen protectors! I had mine for less than a week and when it fell less than 3 feet it shattered. When I contacted this store they informed me they couldnt process any kind of refund and would replace it for an additional $20 dollars. (It was $40 to begin with) The glass is very fragile and for $60 you could get a 10 pack off of amazon and they would absolutely last longer.
