I’ve been to this store twice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.Their knowledge is top notch, they’re friendly, and they just help you. They aren’t about selling you something which is what I got at another place.Go there. You’ll be like me and won’t go anywhere else.

I have been using this Verizon/Cellular 1st outlet for a decade or more. Mike, Matt and Kevin are superb. I am not tech savvy and they have held my hand and made suggestions until I got what I and my elderly mother needed. The service doesn’t stop after they swipe your credit card, it is the beginning of a relationship. Thank you gentlemen.

They went way above and beyond to assist us with a mobile problem. Even after Verizon offered us a promotion that basically left this middle-man out of the loop as far as reimbursement, the service here didnt change. They were more interested in helping us and getting us up and running again with our phone than they were with making a sale. If youre tired of the places that seem to be only interested in the sale or commission, you MUST check this place out.
