One of the worst cell phone company Ive ever been with drops calls. phone got upgraded with new sim card and it locked the phone. took a week for it to get unlocked and then when I got it back the phone didnt work properly. And the company said the couldnt do anything about it. Blamed it on phone which I just bought 6 months previous from them and worked fine before it got locked. To get good service went to a different carrier. I would not recommend them.you will get ripped off.

Stopped in spontaneously about 30 min before closing on a Friday and was instantly impressed even before the service started. As soon as I was approaching the door I saw the employee coming towards the door. Thats service that I appreciate. Two employees greeted me and I could instantly see a vast difference in the overall store from all the other Boost stores I have been to (in Virginia and in other places in the county). It was clean, the employees were dressed nice, there was excellent music playing, and they were friendly and desiring to find a solution to my problem. They were helpful and kind and did find a solution for my phone and I was able to be on my way. I pass by this store almost every day but hadnt known it was there until I was stopped in traffic and had it on my mind to find a Boost store. Very glad to find out that this franchise owner has high standards for the store, employees - making it a great customer experience. I didnt catch the name of both employees who were there but one was Nathan. Sorry I didnt get the 2nd guys name! He was doing a great job cleaning up for the night! Great job guys at providing a great impression.

Everytime I upgrade they give me no credit for what I already paid on my bill. Example...paid bill on first bought new phone and turned it on. Had to pay another months bill again. Never will ever get a phone through these scammers again!

Love the nice people, no one ever has a nasty attitude. Last time I was in there the manager had an adorable puppy there named Levi. The only reason a star is missing is because of the data coverage, outside of city limits its not the best but is still pretty good.

Switched from straight talk to boost for unlimited high speed data. After buying my first phone from them it never worked right. When I went in to address the issue the told me I would have to buy a new phone if I wanted better results. This has been their answer 3 phones later. Looking forward to the end of the month to switch back!

Yesterday my LG stylo 4 had a burned out screen so needless to say it became a paperweight. I went into the Maryville store on 411 to see what i could do as far as boost up or account perks, etc.As I walked into the store I was greeted by, whom Ill henceforth consider, the golden god of cellular sales and troubleshooting; an associate by the name of Tyler.This young man not only worked my account to allow for an upgraded phone but also explained all options available to me keeping in mind customer satisfaction and the fact i was trying to be a penny pincher.Within 30-45 minutes I was in and out the door with all issues and concerns addressed. Most of the time spent was dealing with a corporate associate via landline. Once that piece was handled Tyler had our end covered quickly and efficiently.This young man deserves a very nice raise. Its only a matter of time before his talent and work ethic are recognized by an outside company.In Tyler sorry I almost broke your PC on my way out. Obviously it wasnt my day for technology and its equipment.

Currently I have a J3 emerge (I believe that’s the name for it) I needed a case and a screen protector so I wouldn’t break it and I saw this store one day. When I came into the store the first time to get the screen protector and case, the people were nice there, however there was a dog there too and the owner of the dog didn’t do much of anything to reprimand it. The dog kept crying, barking, and jumping on everything and not to mention dog food was everywhere behind the desk. It just felt very unprofessional for there to be a dog there at all. I decided not to buy the case and screen protector for my phone that day because the dog was just way to much for anyone to deal with. With that being said I came back a few days later and two different employees where there I think there names were Allison and Daniel and they were super helpful and nice and provided everything I needed in a timely manner. If I can rate them I would give a 5 star!

If you dont mind waiting for a little bit, going in to get a phone (+ activation) is totally worth it. Not only do you actually get the ability it get calls even when your phone bill is due, you also can get texts. Ive had boost for a good three years or so.

Great place. Always helpful.very nice. I had a problem where one of the service representative on the 1800 number had lied to me about a phone upgrade because my old phone broke the pho rep told me that I could buy a cheap phone to have service until my old phone was fixed and it wouldnt count as an upgrade well the phone rep lied. But I called the local store and although I didnt receive my upgrade back they helped me reactivate the broken phone that was sent off and fixed and sent back to me for free. I have sent many people to this store to get phone service due to the fact that this store is a good with people and are awesome at it. If you live in blount county dont go to any other Boost store the Alcoa store is rude and very unprofessional. Boost in Maryville is the best hands down!😀
