Stopped in to pay a bill yesterday and am very impressed with this location. Girl was activating a phone for a customer and took care of me while she was doing that. I appreciated that a great deal. I used to stand there for hours trying to pay my bill at Pigeon Forge location. This is a quick easy place to pay your bill. Always good customer service at this location.

Love coming here, they are helpful and do what they can despite complications that come up. A lot of things are out of their hands but they find a way to get things done if you give them a chance!

Very helpful staff but they seem to have a high turnover. My biggest complaint with B&H is they charge an additional 4.1% fee to your credit card if you use one. They dont tell you until you make the transaction. There is a tiny sign in the store that tells you about the charge but it is not obvious. I know by law they can charge a fee for credit card use. But that doesnt make it right. Watch out B&H. Consumers Reports knows what you are doing. They are on a mission to stop companies like yours from gouging the customer. Is it really worth it?

The agent that assisted me, Matt, is the senior agent. He does not know what hes doing. He doesnt know about activating phones online using the IMEI number. He talks down to customers and to staff. I will never return to this location and I advise others to go to a different location

Ive been with US Cellular for 10 yrs and they have always been the best for coverage and pricing. I also really enjoy the service at this store. The employees and the manager were all extremely helpful and nice even though it was busy when I was there. Katelyn went out of her way to see that I was giving good service......

This store is terrible! Safe yourself heart ache and run fast as you can away from them. I was talked into renewing my contract to get 2 new phones because I was guaranteed that my monthly bill would be lower than I was already paying and I wouldnt have to pay for the phones. I didnt need a new phone but was talked into it for a cheaper bill. When my bill came it was $80 higher! I called repeatedly about this and was told they would call right back. After a month of no answers, I received a text from the store at 11pm!!! I was told there was nothing they could do. I would just have to pay it. Called the actual US Cellular customer service and they were appalled by this store. After working with them for an hour to try to fix the mess the store caused, we were able to lower the bill some but I still end up having to pay $1300 for phones I didnt need! Will never step foot in this store again!

I gotta say that this is one of the best stores that Ive been to. They helped me find a phone that fit me and helped me understand what everything meant. I highly recommend this store and there employees.

Everyone was super helpful with getting me set up with a new phone, especially one of the girls in there--Katelyn. She provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable.

This store is a terrible store....My dad and his girl friend have been us cellular customers for years, and when they went in on the 1st of feb to pay his prepaid bill and her home phone the women that was working there from another B&H computers us cellular location told them lies and put my dad on a post paid account and added a smart phone with out his knowledge. Told him it would be $68 for his prepaid and her home phone and the girl ended up using her own debt card for the $14.63 taxes on the smart phone he didnt purchase and charged my dad $68 in cash because he doesnt have a debt card. Us cellular the real Us Cellular ended up getting it all fixed and putting him back on prepaid and paying his girl friends home phone bill because the women didnt even pay her home phone bill! Thank God they did mess up and forget to pay her home phone or my dad wouldnt have even noticed the mistake and wouldve been passed his 15 days to do anything about it! ALL B&H COMPUTER US CELLULARS ARE MONEY HUNGRY JERKS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!! DO NOT GO TO ANY OF EM!

Awful! Stay away from this store and company. They have had us signing contracts illegally for years (which we just found out today) and there is always an issue with them. Although the reps are kind, their business tactics are unprofessional and they ALWAYS put the blame on someone else. Just because youre a salesperson, should not give you the ok to be a liar...and when a binding contract is done illegally and those are the words coming from the manager herself--not ok.
