Since they took over Sprint which I was glad to be soon out of my contract. They extended it 9 months. And not only that I had to pay all these additional taxes and then be told that the 9 months doesnt start until the first of my billing cycle after next payment. Well Ive made two payments already and still have to wait until I make my next payment because off their so called cycle. Hell my 18 month contract was just over 2 months ago when T-Mobile just started taken over. What was to be a merge and combine the two for better service. Is really T-Mobile taken over. If you havent notice Sprint isnt on the building anymore. And T-Mobile is plastered all over the inside and out. I seen 1 yes only 1 sign in there that only had the Sprint logo, not the name, at the end of a large T-Mobile advertising billboard. If I signed up with one company and another took over, shouldnt I have the right to choose if I want to continue with their service? Keep in mind.... I was just finishing and finished my contact until they said that T-Mobile extended it. How can they?

Terrible experience. Placed a web order to pick up at the store. Was given an appointment time of 11 AM. When I arrived I had to wait for 30 minutes, and they had no record of my order. They had to completely start over, and I got charged an again, this time for more money because the associate did not waive the activation fee as they had done for my online order. I then Had to call customer service to get a refund for my original charge for the web order as well as the extra 30 dollars in activation fees the associate charged me for. If I could do it again I would not do an in store pickup, I just needed the phone that day. Will never go back to this location. The associate who will remain nameless seemed like a shiester.

Absolute horrible experience. I signed up for a deal and asked multiple times what my total was. Multiple times I was told a price. My first bill has $200 in extra fees. My bill moving forward has 60 in hidden fees. Be careful they lie and even you ask they will not tell you. Will never use this company again. 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They will not honor even if you have it in writing.

Great for switching phones on account. Not the go to play for repairs, offer to but a new phone though [charging tech is ugly expensive these days, and the days of free phone upgrades is over]. But If you bring in a working unlocked phone, or need some accessories, these people are usually quick and good.

I came in and had Derrick set up my new phones for me and he did a great job. He was competent, quick, and really knew all of his stuff. I left the store feeling happy about the price I had paid and the plans/phones I had gotten. Ive had various bad experiences at other stores before but Derrick was helpful and made sure I was informed about every option and what I was getting.It was definitely some of the best service I have received at a phone store ever, which is why I took the time to write this because I dont normallyreview things.

I have to say I am glad to be making this post. My last review wasnt a very good one. As I reluctantly walked inside a store that I had decided previously to never visit again. I immediately noticed a couple of new faces. This was a good thing. As I walked up to the counter I was greated by a very professional and helpful employee by the name of Amber. I quickly explained my issue and to my surprise she listened to what I had to say. Not that I expected any different from her. But my last couple experiences werent great.After listening to my issues Amber was quick to offer a helping hand. Accompanied by a very positive and comforting attitude. She made all the difference in my decision to leave Sprint and stick with them. I look forward to my next visit to this store and I recommend going in and asking for Amber if you ever need to visit this location.

I came in to get a new phoneline for me and my children. I am not tech savvy and Derek held my hand and made suggestions until I got what I and my family needed. My experience as a customer at the Sprint store was very enjoyable. Derek was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the plans and promotions that were being offered. He showed great customer service and knew the products extremely well. I would encourage all my friends to use Sprint as their carrier. Switching from Verizon was the biggest mistake ever. They are supposed to pay off a device and have yet to do so!! Lenoir City location is just as bad as Maryville.

Anthony went above and beyond to help us with our transfer from Verizon. He stayed past closing on a Saturday to get us ready for an appointment the following day, and made the transition seamless for all five lines even when the computer system went down. Bought a new s9+ been dealing with sprint engineering over dropped call issues. I stopped in the store to let them work on my phone with sprint engineering assisting them over the phone. They refused to work on my phone. I havent even had the phone a month. Been messed up since day 1...... Ive been a sprint customer for 20+ years. If there isnt a resolution by tonight I will cancel my plan and go with a new provider.....

After having an awful experience at another store, I drove all the way to Maryville off the recommendations of several friend/family and Im so thankful I did! The store was full of customers, but I was greeted upon entering and told they would be with me as soon as possible. Having previous retail experience, I understood and browsed for a bit. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient, as I had many questions and concerns about changing my plan. They gave me a deal on both a screen protector and case, but werent pushy about it. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend this location to anyone!

What a wonderful experience I had due to the kind gentleman Derrick. I am not one to know a whole lot about the newest technology or technology in general. He patiently found my needs and expressed which phones would fit them. Not only was he kind but knowledgeable. When buying a new phone I always dread it due to all the salesmen being aggressive. Derrick was none of that and has changed my thoughts on buying a phone for the future. I hope his supervisor see’s what an amazing job he does.

Been living in maryville for a almost 5 years . Have been with sprint for over 8 years . The maryville store is the worst ever . Last night we were there and sat there for 40 minutes before we were ever acknowledged. Over and hour and still no one helped us . The customer service at this store is the worst I’ve ever seen . We have been a Sprint customer in the past and moved to AT&T but decided to go back to Sprint in Jan 2019. We have been waiting on Sprint to pay for our buy out from AT&T. My husband calls every week trying to get them to pay and they keep coming up with excuses. We are getting late fees from AT&T on top of it showing bad on our credit. They keep promising to send our cards to pay off the contract with AT&T, but we have not received anything. They say they will email us, we still have not received an email. All we want is for our contract to be paid like promised 4 months ago.

We recently went to AT & T and was extremely disappointed by the service there. We went to Sprint in Maryville and was very happy with the service. When they didnt have the phone we wanted, Thomas went all the way to Knoxville to pick one up while Jessica set up our lines. We were very impressed with the service and generosity. While AT & T was one disappointment after another, Sprint was extremely thorough and very helpful. I can not say enough about the staff at Sprint of Maryville. They are WONDERFUL. My husband and I came in around 5:55 pm to figure out some numbers on possibly upgrading to a new phone. We were welcomed and then immediately told that they were closing in 5 mins and we were well aware of that but then the woman proceeded with telling us she couldn’t do anything if we were wanting to upgrade. We then asked if we could at least get some numbers on the phones we were interested in. After discussing some numbers with the woman a man comes up and tells us that the computers shut down @ 6 so they wouldn’t be able to give us anymore information that we should just take what we have and think about it. So that’s exactly what we did. Felt rushed and not welcomed in this store. We will definitely not be back for business.

My last phone provider told me half truths, the bill was nothing near what I was told. Saw the cut your bill in half add, and gave it a shot. Was shocked to discover I really only had to pay actually half. My sales representative kristin made my experience informative and pleasant. I would recommend every one to give sprint a shot.

Their website has the option to schedule an appointment so I took advantage of this. I walked into the store two minutes before my appointment, I had to wait to talk to someone. The person I was able to grab told me I would have to wait my turn after I told him I had an appointment. I waited 40 minutes just for another associate to tell me they do not have technical support there, my phone was dead and the charger port was not working. After listening to him speak to another customer I heard him say he was an assistant manager. There was another lady in there that was supposed to pick up her phones but had been there for more than an hour and had to wait for an associate to run out to a store in Knoxville to get them. Everyone there was complaining about the lack of staff and the wait times. Avoid this store at all cost!

I made an appointment at this Sprint location because I was interested in switching my plan from Verizon. I had recently heard of the cut your bill in half plan and was excited to see what options they had for me. I was greeted unprofessionally the minute I walked into the door. When I asked about my options, the girl employee was short with me and told me only about two options. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there and I will not recommend this location to anyone interested in Sprint. I work in a field where customer service is key and this was exactly the opposite of good service. Needless to say, I will be staying with Verizon.

Got screwed twice by this store. Gave them a second chance after they messed up the first time. They tried to fix it and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then they screwed me a second time. The Sprint store in Maryville is the only store that I will do business with. They are very professional and easier to work with than the Chapman Hwy or Clinton Hwy stores in Knoxville. I recommend that that everyone come on over and do business with Sprint on highway 411 South in Maryville.
