Perfect 4 wheel alignment on my truck and guy didnt even want money cause he said he didnt really do nothing cause my truck was so close but just wanted to make sure it was safe cause didnt know had play int he steering wheel

This place is awesome. The District Manager just happened to be running this shop the day I visited. I explained my recent experience at the Potsdam Monro. To my relief he listened. The mechanic did the fastest muffler and brake job I have ever witnessed. Great people.

I had a flat tire yesterday that ruined my day off.My air valve on my rear tire broke.Thank God near Homedepot and I was able to buy tools to replace it.Then I was recommended to go to Monro which was very close to where I was.They fixed it in 10 minutes for $23.Saved my life since Im from NJ .

Excellent customer service! Very reasonably priced! Employees were very thorough, and friendly. Plus they are open 7 days a week so makes scheduling an appointment easy to do. They also have many bays, and a clean and comfortable waiting room for customers to wait in if they need to.

Called the day before to confirm they had the parts for the oil change. Drove in the next day and was informed that the filter was not available. Came back the next day and asked them to make sure they put in the correct washer. Said they made sure. Went home and discovered they had not put in correct washer because garage floor was full of oil. Went back a Third time for 1 effing oil change.Avoid these incompetents.

Cliff is an excellent manager. He has great customer service. He takes the time to find out whats wrong with your vehicle. I will be returning with my other car as well.

Monro Muffler and Brake in Massena NY is my go-to location for all car maintenance. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I have never ever been overcharged for what they did and the repairs were always needed. I cannot praise this location enough for what they mean to our community and senior citizens. It is a pleasure to tell others how well I like this service.

Terrific customer service and a consistent team of workers have made this Monro location tied for the top locations that I have ever enjoyed outstanding service from. The overall value of each Monro location is directly dependent upon consistency, in my experience. I have been a Monro customer for over 30 years running. I would detest taking my business elsewhere if the special sauce that makes the Massena location so effective were to be altered through any major change.

The guys here are absolutely wonderful! I moved up here 6 months ago, and needed to get my oil changed. I called several places to price check and they were the lowest. Not only that, but they allowed me to use a coupon that was a week after expiration, which helped me out so much more! It was that kind of service that brought me to them when my catalytic converter went bad...VERY quick service, friendly, and super accommodating. Great guys, good attitudes. Honest, above all else.

Spoke to Larry on a wensday he said called back friday to get tires done at vehicle.. called Friday theb said he never said that and to Tuesday would be the next time.. asked about schedule appointments. They said they dont

I went down on Sunday the Dec 29 2019 about 200 and the employee and a lady are in there smoking whole place stunk of smoke and i swear the employee was high as can be . not what id want touching my vehicle went in on 30 to talk to the manage and allthough very nice he apoligized and said it will be adressed but he was leaving and that cliff is the new manager aka the guy from Sunday . So I will no long be doing business with monro seaway tire seamed very friendly and professional.
