I’ve never made a purchase here yet but every time I talk to them about service or sales They took their time to make sure I understand everything correctly. We need more businesses who care about the people instead of just making a buck that’s what makes the North country so great.

I originally had to get my just my inspection done and that was done very well. I was told I had to have some extra work done that was highly recommended, I went back there and got the work done, after being told when I dropped the car off it would take less than an hour for the work I was very upset that my car was there for 3 hours. No one at the store communicates with each other, the receptionist didnt even know what work I was getting done or if I bought the parts or if they did. When I was told I would be billed for only an hour and a half of work I asked why my car was there for 3 hours and told that they could charge me for 3 hours if they wanted me to. The only good thing I can say about this place is that my car is now fixed and inspected but after the terrible service inside none of my family members or I will ever go back.

Bought a 2013 Jeep had to replace the transmission in it after a week.brought it back there 3 times and they couldn’t figure out that the transmission was shot in it. Every time I went and picked it up and had to drop it back off the day after cus they didn’t do a single thing to it. Just let it sit there for weeks until I called. Had to bring it to a dealership to tell me that I needed to put a new transmission in it and nny wouldn’t pay for anything.

Young guy is very helpful. Dont know his name. But I wouldnt have my vehicle registered if it wasnt for his help. Other workers however? USELESS

Dont deal with Ryan Herbstler he will take your money and you will get screwed.

Very bad business. Sold me a 2009 Dodge Ram with a hole in the frame and won’t go good for it.

Do not EVER go here. They charged us TWICE for work and then proceeded to hassle us when we demanded that they fix it. They charged us the day of the completion of work done and again a day later. The gentlemen in the office is incompetent and talks your ear off.
