They did an outstanding job! They removed all the floors in one day then replaced my sub floor and did a glue and nail install (method recommended by Bruce Hardwood) the next day. They cleaned up the mess and left. Im very pleased with the work and service. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done!

Janet was very helpful in locating a great match to the discontinued flooring in our hallway & family room. The installation team was prompt, professional & responsive. They weave the new flooring with the old flooring where there was not a noticeable transition. We also had tile replaced in our master bath. A few months later we had a small settling issue with the tile. I called them about the issue and they quickly came out and fixed the problems. Exceptional customer service! We had luxury vinyl plank installed on our stairs, upstairs hallway, and 3 bedrooms. The team was able to finish the entire job is just over a day and it looks phenomenal. The process was very easy, from getting the estimate to materials arriving to installation. The most difficult part was choosing a flooring as they had such a large inventory. Could not be happier with the job they did for us. We originally had some engineered hardwood flooring installed just over a year ago by another local company but when the time came to add on to what they did previously they were too busy to answer calls or emails after ample time. Got in contact with M&M and they not only found the exact match for us but even more impressively were able to weave the new flooring into an area we had taken down a wall and had to butt it up against the previously installed flooring and it was not noticeable at all. Top notch all the way around!!

This is a fantastic family-owned business. I really can’t recommend them enough. Janet was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. You never really know how things will to when you embark on home improvements. We’ve had som bad experiences in the past, and we’re very pleased with M&M. They are a family owned and operated business, that really provide great customer service. They showed up when they said they would, communicated with us along the way, and did a great job. In fact, we will be using them again for our staircase soon!

We do not recommend M&M Flooring. Poor/miscommunication, poor attention to detail, poor follow-upWe finished a 2200 sf basement with Shaw LVP. Husband is an engineer and GC and designed & built our current 6000 sf home. M&M estimate near $11,000 which wasn’t the lowest but given the reviews we decided to use M&M.Initial consult went well, Thomas agreed with everything we requested. He also said there would be enough material left to do basement stair risers & landing due to 10% extra flooring ordered for cuts, etc. We hadn’t finalized how to handle the stairs but liked leftover flooring as an option.Both my husband (via phone) and I (in person) told Thomas we needed flooring under our 17 year old furnace. Reason being the unit is 17 years old and will likely be replaced. New unit may not be in the same spot or have the same footprint.On July 15th we were ready to start as arranged at 8:30 am. Still no show by 10 am I called the store and found they had to clean up another job so delayed start time. Heads up regarding the delay would have been nice.Installers arrive and hand me a plank of flooring and ask me if it was the correct product/color. They said they didn’t know what color we ordered. I Googled the info on the box to see it was indeed the correct color. It would have been good for the installers to verify correct product/color before coming to my home.Installers see the furnace and say they will only put flooring around not under. There was also an irrigation tank in the way in workshop that my husband forgot to move, so our fault. My husband travels and happened to be gone during install. I discuss flooring under the furnace again with Thomas and he says they ONLY put flooring around the furnace, giving me a very hard time and being condescending, saying I don’t understand how flooring installs work.I get my husband (who is also a builder and understands how flooring installs work) on the phone to talk to Thomas and Matt pointed out that going around the furnace would not be the right thing to do and would be cutting corners. Thomas agreed that they would put flooring under the furnace but only if it was lifted off the floor. We agreed and my husband raised the furnace and removed the tank.I showed Thomas the globs of glue around the 2 door thresholds and also gaps under the plinth blocks that were not addressed at all and did not look good, very sloppy. We asked at a minimum if the gaps could be caulked and Thomas agreed that the gaps looked bad and he would come back with a solution.We asked Thomas to leave the unused flooring so we can use it on the stairs and he says there is no unused flooring; he could look in the warehouse but he would have to charge us for more flooring (material & labor). He also claimed that I said I was painting the stairs, not true. M&M did call my husband to explain why there would not be any flooring planks remaining, only scraps and Matt declined the scraps as we could not use them. We were extremely disappointed with Thomas’s misinformation during initial consult.Workshop flooring was completed by a different M&M install crew. They did a much better job than the first crew and didn’t leave glue globs. They also said they install flooring under furnaces regularly if at all possible.At 3:40 pm July 24th I had not heard at all from M&M. I emailed the unpaid invoice asking when/if anyone was going to come handle issues, the work day was almost over. Thomas showed up around 4:30 pm with a can of solvent and fixed the glue globs. I asked about caulking the gaps under plinth blocks & he said not their problem, they did everything on the invoice and we needed to pay. I told him we were not happy he started laughing, extremely unprofessional & disrespectful. My adult daughter & friend were also there, us women were surprised. I did walk Thomas to the door and it was raining very hard but at that point I wanted him out of my house. I paid in full online.For the amount of money we spent it should have gone smoother. Now my husband has to finish it himself.

I don’t think I can overstate how much I appreciate M&M flooring. From start to finish this was a pleasant and painless experience, something I wish I could say about our other ongoing house projects.M&M was friendly and welcoming in the store (despite my 2 Preschoolers making all their “joyful noise”). They followed up with an on-site consultation- again, Janet was super friendly, arrived on time, and got our quote back to us quickly. The quote was very detailed/completely itemized so their were no surprises.Janet answered all my emails (I’m very bad about sending “oh I just thought about this let me send of a one question email” emails) right away and very clearly.On the day of install the guys arrived on time, handled about 600 sqft of laminate in about 6-7 hours, and when I came back home it looked like the flooring fairy had just waved her magic wand over my first floor. Everything was gorgeous AND clean, all the mess was hauled away and we could get back to life. No going over deadlines, no rescheduling, etcIf you’re like me you’re probably reading this thinking wow, this sounds awesome, it’s probably super expensive. NOPE. The prices were crazy reasonable, ESPECIALLY considering how top notch their customer service and work ethic is.Right now I’m in the throes of Reno-hell because I tried to diy a different floor (master bath), then tried to just have a handy man finish what we started, and I would have saved myself time and money (and gotten a better product) if I’d just gone to M&M in the first place. Don’t waste your time! Don’t try to cut corners! Go to M&M and get back to enjoying your house.
