White Knight has been doing all my carpet cleaning for at least 15 years. They are the best. Hands down. Jorge showed up early, ( has been the tech many years), was very courteous, explained the fees, did a thorough job, and took his time to do it well. Well worth the fee. I had several rooms and a large sofa cleaned.

Jorge came out and did a deep upholstery cleaning of our living room couch. While he was here he also agreed to clean our outdoor sofa cushions at a fair price.Both couches look brand new after some heavy wear and tear (child and two dogs!). Would highly recommend their services and we plan to use them in the future for additional touchups and to clean other areas of the house.

I cant recommend White Knight Steamer enough! Ive already recommended them to several people!I was pet sitting, and the dog peed on our couch several times. I called White Knight Steamer that same day and scheduled a cleaning for the next day. Everything turned out great, but, after it had completely dried, we could still smell the urine in a few places. Rocco, the owner, came out early the following week when our schedules lined up and recleaned the problem cushions, using a special technique of compressing the air out and the product in. It worked! I was so worried I would have to buy a new couch entirely, but White Knight Steamer saved us from that additional cost and headache. We have had two great experiences with White Knight Steamer. Rocco has cleaned several area rugs and most recently our upholstered bed. The first time around he even took the initiative to repair a rip under the carpet that we didn’t even know about that would have certainly gotten worse over time. Rocco, came out to my house to clean some carpet I had in a bonus room. He did a great job. He even pointed out that there would be some stains that would probably show up after the carpet had dried, and that he would come back out to take care of them. I sent him a text to let him know about the areas that needed attention and he came back out the next day. Needless to say he did everything he said he would do. Great service. Would definitely use him again.

Rocco came to clean our sectional and throw pillows. They were looking really dingy and worn after 5 years of pets and toddlers and general use. He was on time, done in 1.5 hours, and the sofa looks brand new. It was definitely a bit more expensive than I expected, but I’m thrilled with the results. Excellent job! Rocco was extremely professional and did a great job. I had him restretch the carpet on the 2nd floor of my home which was wrinkled and loose. Have been using White Knight for several years and I am always thoroughly pleased with the final product. They are dependable, hard working and communicate very well. I have had tiles, carpets and upholstery cleaned on a regular basis, with four pets and three teen boys I count on them to help me keep my house looking great.

White Knight did a fantastic job on my carpets! The hall carpet had been ruined by the cats; there was urine in the corners and all along one side. The living room carpet had urine in one corner and a few dirty/greasy spots from work shoes. Jorge got the living room carpet almost 95% restored. I was truly amazed, this is an 11-year-old carpet. The hallway came over 80% clean which was also incredible. Jorge used plenty of spot treatment and plenty of enzymes. I don’t have any cloying smell of perfume coverups from the cleaning. Very pleased with the job!

His van ended up running over a nail on the way to my house, but he contacted me via text (and a picture of the very, very flat tire) and kept me in the loop as he was getting it fixed. Once he arrived, he was happy to put on a mask if needed and was great about social distancing to the level of my comfort. I had asked about carpet stretching in one spot, but he pointed out where the problem came from and recommended for me NOT to do anything for it, which was an honest and generous assessment that I appreciated. The smooth online signup plus regular text and email updates - especially for COVID-preparations and changes to the normal processes to ensure health and safety protocols - were really top notch. Jorge was very professional. He answered all our questions. Everything was finished in a very timely matter. Our dogs have had several accidents on the carpet and we chose to use the enzyme treatment to get rid of the odor. The carpet is not yet fully dry but I haven’t spelled any more odor! I used Stanley Steamer in the past and they never offered an enzyme treatment, and the carpets always smelled worse after they got done. The carpets look and feel better than ever. I love that you can schedule online. This is a local company that I highly recommend!

Just when I thought there was not hope.....White Knight Steamer came to my house and got my carpet clean and sanitized (ENTIRE HOUSE INCLUDING STAIRS IN 2 HRS!). A friend recommended White Knight so I asked them to come out and let me know if they could clean some pet stains out of the carpet and fix a ripped carpet seam or if they would recommend that we replace the carpet. Rocco came by for a quote, asked a lot of questions about the stains, and then assured me he could clean the carpet and remove the stains so we wouldnt have to replace all the carpet.He was professional and even sent out tons of information about how to prepare the rooms and what to expect. This Upholstery cleaning turned out great! Jorge arrived exactly on time and was very understanding of our issues. He agreed to tackle a very bad water stain on an ottoman before we agreed for him to tackle to sofa. He was able to get rid of all the water stains. The only thing he couldn’t get out was a tiny ink spot. The furniture looks almost as good as new. It was a sofa that we have had for 50 years and we recovered it in a cream cotton fabric about 25 years ago. The water stains were maybe 5-10 years old and the fabric was looking tired and grayish. Jorge did not raise my expectations too much when he said what he could do, but he certainly exceeded my most optimistic expectations. This saved us a bunch of money as we were afraid the sofa might need new fabric. Great Job!!!!Jim

WOW!!! White Knight did a phenomenal job!! Jorge did the entire house. He was on time, professional, friendly and extremely effectiet. Bought this house new in 2004 and the carpets have never been replaced. That being said they literally look brand new.I’ve had 3 Akita’s in the last 14 years, all over 100 lbs so you can imagine the abuse these carpets have taken. I’ve gone through the gambit over the years of carpet cleaning services and White Knight is just on another level to say the least. These guys are awesome! I really appreciate them being on time and the quality job. I had issues in each room such as ink in the carpet, stain from markers and even a spill that caused the carpet to be dark. They were able to completely remove the stains!
