I realize this is random but I just wanted to share with you how unexpectedly pleased I was with the coffee I had on Saturday. I had my 5 year old granddaughter with me who is rather rambunctious and seeing how long it was taking for the barista creating the beautifully crafted beverages I had my concerns on timing . I decided i would just wait my turn and hoped my granddaughter would be patient. I am so glad I did as the coffee was probably the best I’ve had . Well worth it . And the charming smile of the barista made it even better ! Can’t wait to stop in again. Thank you 😊Shawn

My favorite day of the week is Monday. Yes, you read that right! Why on earth would it be Monday? Because that’s when Good Cup comes to my job! I am an esthetician at tbh Skincare Spa in Indian Trail and every Monday morning, Good Cup comes to our parking lot ready to serve smiles and delicious quality coffee. I’ve tried several of their hand crafted beverages and each one is incredible. My team is obsessed with the Wildflower Latte! Each drink on the menu is really unique, flavorful and perfect. Joshua and Debbie are happy to answer any questions you might have about the menu and they are so nice to talk to while you wait for your drink to be finished. Everything about Good Cup is amazing and I’m so grateful to have their team and their coffee in my life!

The staff was very friendly, but I didnt like the blend of coffee - my latte tasted very similar to Starbucks. Im sure its great for many folks, just not for me.

This very friendly family serves their coffee every weekend at the farmers market out of their converted 70s VW minibus! Their coffee is fantastic! Unique and thoughtful designs reflect the good vibes you get from the people running Good Cup. These folks have good hearts and deserve all the business you can give them. The coffee is fantastic and perfect every time. They travel all around the Greater Charlotte area so check their instagram to see where they will be on what days!

My intention with this review is to give some pointers, and hopefully some usable feedback. The staff: extremely friendly and overall good hearted people. Feedback: I strongly believe in first come first serve. I ordered an Americano and before being asked to pay, the staff member began a conversation with the family behind me (totally fine I’m patient, and work was particularly slow). The family ordered, paid and collected the delicious goods after the small talk. After the 5-6 minute mark my coffee was ready, and I was then prompted to pay and receive the ☕️. Summary: I was at the front of the line but seemingly helped last (only two paying customers, myself included, meaning no particular rush for taking orders). It may come across as overly demanding, but I genuinely appreciate the friendliness of the staff. To the point where stepping on a few toes seems a necessary evil. Especially if it means helping your brand. Coffee 👌🏻 absolutely delicious— I think the serving temp could be slightly warmer just food for thought.

The good cup is the best coffee shop in Charlotte Metro—hands down! They have seasonal drinks crafted with mindful ingredients. You can count on fresh and local at the Good Cup. Even their pastries, new and fresh each morning, are from local bakers. Joshua and Deborah have crafted a community-oriented gem in the heart of Matthews.

So this place is Amazing! Only recently found out they share the space with GOOD CUP in the mornings and their coffee, or my Lulu Carmel is phenomenal. Really hit the spot on a chilly day. Clean facility, bright friendly staff at both the Loyalist and Good Cup, great food and beverages. Both companies support local vendors! Ill definitely have to grab one of those baked treats made in Waxhaw on my next visit!!

Enjoyed my first Aslan from Good Cup today while they were at The Fountains in Matthews. Excellent cup. Unique. Highly recommend! You need to find where theyll be next.

I tried this place a few weeks ago and Im excited to go back soon! Very friendly service and delightfully unusual drink offerings. I tried the Aslan latte, which is caramel-y and spicy in just the right way. Also, love the eco-friendly policy of no plastic lids. If you need a lid, bring your own cup!

Great coffee, great treats, great atmosphere, and above all...great people. This has become a new little morning get away as often as my son and I can make it during schoolwork.
