The ordered product arrived after 3 weeks in a very good shape and as described in the listing.I am satisfied with my purchase from MemoryC since they were the only seller which had what I was looking for.One negative point I faced was: my order was listed in stock at the time of order. After the purchase, the estimated shipping date turned to be within 10 days!Eventually it got shipped after 16 days, and arrived after 3 weeks (from the order date).Apparently their service is getting affected by the pandemic situation.Anyways, the customer support was always very responsive and professional.

They advertise 5-8 days shipment on their site, but in my case I waited for a month instead. Struggled to get any information about my order status. Customer support is, to put it bluntly, not nice. If you ever manage to contact them, which is a challenge. Great job, you just lost another customer.

On their website it stated 4 days for delivery of the motherboard I placed. I called up 8 days after I placed my order they told me it arrived broken from factory and they had 0 stock of my motherboard when I asked for refund they said they put in an order for my mothrtboard and it will arrive monday which I knew it was a lie because they clearly said they had 0 stock. I called today which is Monday they told me yes it could be in our office downstairs and they will call me when its ready again another lie, how hard is it to go downstairs and check. They told me they will call me i dont expect a call from them because I know they are lying. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.THEY PAY TRUSTPILOT FOR FAKE REVIEWS BUT ONCE YOU CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS YOULL SEE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SEES...

I needed C Fast cards for the Network for our 2 Canon C700i I bought 2 Cards through walmart.com. They were the wrong ones, spent $99.51- $20 shipping.. had to send them back. Absolutely terrible place to do business with. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.I ordered from MemoryC (via Walmart Online) a mechanical keyboard with a US layout. Arrived as a German layout keyboard. I tried calling twice and even had Walmart escalate the case for me, but received zero response from MemoryC.If you want to purchase electronics, find another place to shop because the customer service at MemoryC is not only abysmal, but literally non-existent.

Dont do business with them to thieves when you return something to him that say you said the wrong one when he said that around 1 to not do business with them they are thieves they would not refund your money he a lied you dont

Very disappointed to see so many bad reviews about this shop, I am buying from this shop in Ireland as they have an office in Dublin and they were all time best at custumer service, price and quality, even today one of their staff spend like 30 min chatting with me to fix my own mistake ordering wrong part, even helped me check for a cable from other shops as they didnt something like that, at end gave me an discount to buy right part and arangged return for wrong order and that isnt first time when i am in touch with their custumer service, thanks a lot
