Dr. Graham has been my eye doctor now for 3 years and he’s great! Highly recommend. He’s personable and he always makes sure I’m happy with my contact lenses. I had some trouble finding the right fit/brand for contacts as I’m sensitive, and he was patient and gave me several samples to take home so i didn’t spend an arm & leg buying different brands. Stephen in the eye glass dept is also great & helpful!

Very nice, thorough, family friendly, Dr Graham takes the time to ask how you are doing, remembers your family, everyones and is very thorough with eye exams, willing to answer questions and any concerns. Steven is also very friendly, helpful and thorough when its time to pick/choose glasses. They are knowledgeable about insurance coverage, have awesometastic, flexible hours. Theyve been very consistent all these years, do yourself a favor and bring yourself & your family here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Out of all my doctors, regardless of specialization, this has to be my favorite one. The Doctor along with the frame and lens expert/Optician love what they do and enjoy explaining everything step by step. They take the time to explain the process and what you need and dont need.

Amazing service! I was nervous because Ive had trouble with contacts, inaccurate prescription, and doctors that dont give you the time of day before, but Im so glad I went here! Dr Graham was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. It was so easy, and I was in and out under 30 mins. They also told me upfront what cost to expect, which was so considerate. The optician, Stephen, is always patient and exceptionally knowledgeable, incredibly helpful when untangling optical insurance. The prices for exams and glasses are phenomenal. These two gentlemen make a superb team and my family will continue to do business with Dr. Graham for as long as he remains in the field.

Seriously the best eye Dr Ive ever had, and Ive been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade. No frills, no nickel and dining, just honest straightforward eye care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

Dr. Graham is an extremely patient and caring doctor. He took time to explain what issues he was seeing and addressed how to treat or manage them. My mother does not speak English well and will sometimes ask the same question multiple times, and Dr. Graham answered each question with the same kindness as the first one. Dr. Graham is amazing! I had issues with my vision and went somewhere else. They remade my glasses three times and I STILL couldnt see correctly. I made an appointment with Dr. Graham and he called me himself and got me in the next morning. He figured out that the glasses were actually too strong for me. He was personable, professional, and all around genuinely caring.

Dr. Graham is not only an expert in his field with his knowledge but it is very clear that he truly cares about the health, satisfaction and well being of each and every one of his patients. There is no comparison to the level of genuine service that was provided by Dr. Graham during my exam, and it didn’t stop there. After the exam was done and I was picking out my frames and lenses, Steve was incredibly helpful and passionate about his work as well. Taking time to explain to me very clearly the benefits, and differences between lenses. For once I wasn’t simply pressured to buy the most expensive option, but rather consulted about which option will actually be the best fit for me and my specific vision needs. Wonderful optometrist! Very helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of vision. He keeps the latest fashion in eyeware, compliments to his optician Stephen. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Graham and his assistant Stephen! I purchased reading glasses for the 1st time after wearing readers for years. Dr. Graham took his time and explained everything to me in a way I could understand instead of using terms I wasnt familiar with and was very professional. When my glasses arrived, Stephen took his time and made sure everything was perfect and I was happy. Stephen also explained eyeglass care, gave me a very nice hard case and a bottle of cleaner. Stephen was very professional and told me I was welcome to come back anytime if my glasses needed adjustment, I had questions or just to say hello. This place is great. Top notch customer service. My new glasses are great. My last pair came from another place and bothered my eye after a few hours. He nailed my prescription. I can wear them all day without fatigue.

The employees at Diversified Eye Care are absolutely genuine, they really spoke to me on a great personal level. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and he was really good at explaining all my options as well as what might work best for my particular situation without being pushy or suggesting things I didnt need. After visiting two other more well-known eye care offices in the area for my son, Dr. Grahams office was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I both are patients of Dr. Graham and couldnt be happier. Dr. Graham asked the right questions to get to the bottom of my chronic dry eyes and explained everything at length, so that I left feeling informed and confident. For the first time in 7 years, I was able to walk out of his office and wear contacts comfortably! A handful of other doctors have not been able to do this! I am thirty years old and have worn glasses and/or contacts since I was 14. But never have I had such a positive experience as I have at Diversified Eyecare Associates. Dr. Graham took his time to get to know me and my needs. It was during this getting to know you time which I shared with him my annual allergy issue, in which my right eye becomes red and irritated. After examination of my eyes, he explained that what I (and my previous 3 optometrists) had chalked up to allergies had actually been an eye infection which had left my eye scarred. He wrote me a prescription for drops and 7 days later my vision has improved significantly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all the people in the office as well. Please, please do your eyes a favor and call Diversified Eyecare Associates- you wont be sorry.
