Just got my new glasses and I love them.. Laurel Elliott was the best .. she made sure they fit perfectly and made the fit numerous times to get them right . This store will check your temperature when you come in and everyone wears masks .. the work area is cleaned after each guest has left .. also you are asked if you try on a pair glasses to not put them back on the rack so they can clean each pair .This is the most professional business I have ever been in on CoVid safety even hospitals .. GREAT JOB..

The glasses for my son cost 49 on the web site. They sold for 99.Said lenses will have blue light,. they dont. My daughter s frame is $219 dollars at your store. online I found them for 80. Nobody answers the phone to talk. No one cares. Such a disappointment. Completely dissatisfied with the two pairs I bought yesterday.

Someone else was seen before me even though I was there first. When my contacts came in pick up was lask and very rude. Also arguing with a customer while others were being helped is unprofessional.

The prices are great...complete pair of glasses for under $50 after insurance. They came in on time and the staff was very helpful in choosing and adjusting them. Ive been to at least five different places looking for glasses and found the perfect pair here.

Ever since Ive lived in Charlotte I only go to this location. Everyone here is friendly but Jeff is the best! He is so kind, friendly, and helpful! He absolutely has a eye for picking the best frames. I look forward to seeing him every time I visit!

Ive been getting my glasses and contacts at this Visionworks for years! The staff is absolutely wonderful! Theyre extremely helpful in helping me find the frames that fit my face and budget well. Customer service goes a long way with me and I have always had the most pleasant experiences at this location. Shout out to Laurel for helping me with my contacts order, Christian for helping me with my frame order, and Maribel for helping me choose the perfect frames year after year. Asha was AMAZING!! She was so helpful, professional and had a great bubbly personality. She made my experience at Visionworks one to remember. I plan on going to Visionworks from here on out for all of mine and my sons eye care needs!! I literally went in as a walk in with my prescription and had two great pair of glasses within less than an hour!! They have exceptional customer service!!

When I got my glasses in December Lynn helped me. She was very helpful as usual. She has helped me several times before.I was in a hurry when I picked up my glasses and did not try them on. I got around to them several weeks later. I noticed the distance was better but the reading was better in the old ones. I went back to Visionworks and Maribel said the Rx was correct. She looked up the Rx for the old glasses and called Dr. Gaskins. He changed the Rx a little and she ordered me new glasses. She was about to go to lunch when I went in and she worked with me for 30-45 minutes. She was great. I will continue going here because of Maribel and Lynn.

Thank you Mary Bell and staff at the Vision Works - Matthews -- you saved my life! I needed a pair of contacts that my doctors office did not have and left a pair holding at this store. When I called, no one knew about the hold; Mary Bell went out of her way to not only find my hold but then locate the same pair in a store closer to my home. Staff is awesome! Prices good. There is a Visionworks 3 miles frommy house but drive to this one because of the awesome service!

Stopped in to get my glasses fixed (lost screw/loose lense - and not purchased at Visionworks). Christian was truly amazing! Not only did he have my glasses fixed within about 10 minutes, he also replaced nose pads. When I asked what the damage ($) was, he replied nothing and to have a nice day.

Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. My daughter broke her glasses and Laurel especially took the time to cater to this six-year-old and she felt like a princess. They are doing something right here. Thank you.

I needed glasses. Laurel, like Laurel and Hardy, helped me. She was very helpful. I think I was her favorite customer. Mama always said I was special. We were like peas and carrots and seeing is one of my favorite things to do. I dont see well in the dark though. I got a glow in the dark shirt for Halloween. It has zombies on it. Zombie arent real though.I got it at Wal Mart. I cant wait to wear it. I will wear it today. It was 3.00 dollars at Wal Mart. I did get 8 pairs of glasses from Vision Works and saved 1400+ dollars. I will be able to see a lot with them.

Last year I bought new progressive lenses. The lenses were replaced 3 times because there was something wrong with them. According to the lense specialist the problem was due to the lenses being forced into my frames. Ive been dealing with glare daily and extensive migraines even with this 3rd set of lenses but could not be certain something was wrong with the lenses because the issue is not easy to detect. I am extremely disappointed to discover my current lenses are just as damaged as the last 2 sets and its been months since they were replaced. There is no excuse for this. Ive been wearing glasses since elementary school and this is the worst pair of glasses Ive ever had in my life! No exaggeration. I am so aggravated that the lense specialist could not detect this issue themselves and Ive had to deal with this issue thinking something else must be the problem until today when I became certain.
