They were very professional and responsive to our project which renovated two bathrooms. Our representative Natalia was so helpful and professional. We procured new bathroom cabinets and they provided new counter tops for each cabinet. Their installation was very good. It should be noted too that Natalia handled the replacement of one drawer front which was received slightly damaged in a professional and timely manner.I would highly recommend Pro Tops and would like to commend Natalia for her recommendations and support for our project.

We were quite pleased with the work performed by Complete Kitchen. The scope of the work was the replacement of cabinet drawers, doors, and hinges in our kitchen and master bath. Though we did encounter an issue or two along the way, our sales manager (Gustavo Valente) was very responsive, courteous, and professional. Designed and installed a wet bar with granite counter top. Overall, an excellent company to work with. Great quality cabinets and were able to select the exact granite slab. Cabinet installer was fantastic. Would highly recommend And most importantly, Gus (our sales rep) was directly involved during the entire process and I would definitely suggest contacting him directly if you have a project in mind.

Complete Kitchen & Bath proved to be professional in every respect. The installation exceeded my expectations. The cuts and fit were spot on and all the seams were tight to the point of being nearly invisible! We worked with Breanne. Had Quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and they look great. Breanne took care of everything and kept me informed. Installers were friendly and did a great job. Breanne did a quality check when they were done to make sure we were satisfied. I would use Breanne and Complete Kitchen and Bath again.

We had 2 other contacts but once we got Gus things started moving along. We were pleased with the amount of time it took to redo the kitchen. In general, the over all work was done nicely. It was the small finishing touches that were not as complete as I would have liked.

Gus quoted me a beautiful marble vanity top for a customers bathroom. They fabricated it and installed it in a timely manner. Customer loved it!! Thank you

I was struggling to find a countertop for my new vessel sink as part of my bathroom remodel. I was happily surprised to find this business and ended up with a beautiful quartz top which fits perfectly. The staff was very friendly and professional and working with Gus was a pleasure. The installers did a wonderful and fast installation. Very pleased with the result!

Complete Kitchen and Bath replaced our laminate counter tops with quartz in two bathrooms. Using remnants made the cost was very reasonable. Roberto did the initial measurements and completed a quality check immediately after the installation. The men who did the install were prompt and did an excellent job. Our counters look beautiful! Complete K&B didn’t have their own plumbers so we scheduled someone else to disconnect and then reconnect the faucets. (I bought new faucets online for the best price.) You also need to remove any bathroom mirrors before the installation. All in all they did a great job!

I have not hired complete kitchen and bath design studio just yet, however, I decided to write this review for two reasons: 1) Ive read the reviews saying that people there were rude and unprofessional and after my visit I felt like I had to say something about that. 2) The guy who I talked to (I can remember his name, maybe Gus???) was kind, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and funny.This gentleman told me that he was new to the company but was in the business for many years. He help me understand the differences between the countertop materials and gave me lovely suggestions about my kitchen remodeling project. He even gave some advices on how to convince my husband to spend more money on our project, in front of him! LOLWe are not ready to start it until next Spring, but I will definitely come back to see him.

Gus/Gustavo was our saver to our final bathroom countertop install . No need to go in details on what happened before he was simply our “Elf on the shelf” but myself being a business owner. We hired the company to install granite countertops in our kitchen. Were very happy with our new countertops. There was a small issue after the install, but Gus came out and fixed it for us.

The most unprofessional experience I have had. They cannot answer basic questions about what you are paying for or provide a detailed estimate. The expectations are for you to sign a contract based on a single line lump sum price with no additional details on options or price breakdown. When asked for details the explanation I received was it was time for their lunch break or they were too busy and not willing to take care of it in a timely manner. Very disappointing and will spend my money elsewhere. I plan to share my experience with anyone willing to listen.

We had a great experience working with Richard. He helped us find the right granite for our bathroom and soon after was calling to schedule the install. The entire process went smoothly and professionally. This is the second time we’ve used them, and I will always recommend them to friends.

Terrible customer service and poor communication. Did an add on to an original order and was assured the install was done together. On installation day the installers came with only 1/2 and had no idea that the order was not complete. Was quoted 2 different prices after the contract was signed and none of this was communicated unless I stopped by to see about my order. So shady wish I could give them 0 stars but at least the installers did a good job!!
