I drove 35 minutes to go to bigger places and found nothing. My mom used this place for her countertops so I decided to visit. Its a small place so I was expecting to find anything. The staff took me outside to look at their remnants and amazingly I found the quartz I had been wanting all along at a reasonable price. They came to template the NEXT DAY and installed within a week. The cost ended up being a little bit less than the quote.Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. The countertop looked beautiful. The following week the glass company scratched the countertop up during mirror installation. I sent CGS an email to ask how to fix it. They actually sent someone over the clean it for me and now it is as good as new. I am really impressed with their customer service! I highly recommend this company.

Custom Granite Solutions came to our rescue! Another granite company failed multiple times to get our kitchen countertops right, and after almost 2 weeks of not having a functional kitchen, we turned to Custom Granite Solutions. They came out to measure the same day we called and quoted us a few hours later, came out to template the following day, and installed 2 days after that! Our kitchen looks amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The owner, Rogelio came to my house within 2 days to measure for kitchen and 2 bathroom granite countertops. He sent a total estimate on materials and labor the following day. After agreeing to the estimate, he returned 2 days later and built his template for fabrication. Within a week, my countertops were installed with no run around and at a price less than half that quoted by the local home improvement store.My wife and I are very pleased with this transaction and recommend this company highly.

We had searched everywhere for a countertop for our troublesome vanity situation. I finally went to CUSTOM GRANITE SOLUTIONS. Melissa Madrigal, the office manager, was wonderful and professional and clear. She walked me through our options and showed me the remnants I could pick from. We chose a beautiful piece with a gorgeous vein running through it. Then the owner came to our home to measure the vanity (rather than using my measurements). I showed up at their office at least four times before installation with yet another question, trying to solve yet another problem with our set-up. Melissa was always kind and patient as were the fabricator and the owner who, at some point, all had to weigh in on the problems our countertop was giving us. Within one week of walking into Custom Granite Solutions, we had our countertop cut, installed and ready to go. (Everywhere else, including big box stores were at least 4-10 weeks with self-installation) All we had to do was sign the check—which was over 60% off the price we would have paid anywhere else. I cannot express enough how pleased we are with Custom Granite Solutions. Their quality of work, product, price, promptness, availability—everything you want in a company gets five stars.
