I had the best!! experience with this Harris teeter bakery/deli associate Jasmine! her cake decorating skills is absolutely superb. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my son’s 1 year cake smash photo shoot and within 24 hours; she delivered an amazing replication of the cake I wanted for my son’s photo shoot. I highly recommend her services and I will come back again, again, and again.

Great market for all things food. Got fresh veggies and herbs to make soup fixings packets. This should make 4.

Sadly, i am not coming back to shop at this location.I come in early in the morning to avoid crowds and what do i see? HT employees not wearing masks, wearing them half way, coming out of employee areas and pulling the masks up, meaning they were not wearing masks in the employee-only areas.Moreover, there are employees that are medically exempt from wearing a mask like Ms. Mindy. Well, given such poor corporate policy and lack of personal commitment to keep customers safe, all i can do is pull a plug on HT and go to Publix

Never had a bad experience with staff and Ive been going there since 2006

This store needs more cashiers. The lines are long and there’s usually 2-3 registers open. And their deli department is a nightmare. Most of the time I stand there and wait while the employees are super busy with something else (or just chatting). This hasn’t happened once or twice... this is an ongoing problem. Don’t know .. maybe hire more people for your deli department if they’re that busy? Or refresh on their training where customers come first.

Amazing. Placed and online order where they accidentally shopped rotten bell peppers. They were apologetic, had someone instantly deliver fresh ones to my home with a complimentary bouquet of flowers.It made my day.

One employee here named mindy refused to wear a mask, and was getting all in peoples faces and being agressive. She was extremely rude and has the audacity to walk around with no mask on. This is not acceptable and she should not be working front line because she is putting other people in danger, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

Yesterday, I bought a bag of potatoes along with my other shopping. When I opened it today to make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, I noticed 6 of them in the bag were spoiled. This disappointed me a lot because I trusted that the whole bag would be fine. Otherwise I would have bought the potatoes separately. This makes lose my trust in Harris Teeter providing good quality food products to their customers.I was trying to post a picture of the spoiled bag of potatoes, but it won’t let me do that.

One employee, as he was trying to rearrange the shelves, he put all the tortilla bags on the floor. I assume all of your employees must have had food safety training before being hired?

I love this Harris Teeter. Its clean and has a nice set up that is fast and convenient. Not too large and spread out like the bigger stores. The staff is always so nice and willing to help. They really make you feel welcome. Even when the stockers are busy, they always say, Hello and Let me know if you need any help finding something. The prices and specials are pretty good too!

Great place to pick up a quick lunch. They have a good selection,, everythings fresh, better for you than fast food, & Mondays whole pizza is only $7.99!

Brits abroad, visiting our daughter in Charlotte. We like Harris Teeter and regularly do the family shop here while staying locally.Great produce, good meat selection and love the bakery section too. Theres plenty of choice and for us, the products are slightly different to what were used to, which is absolutely fine and pretty interesting, to be honest.Service from Harris Teeter staff is usually great and you just dont realise having stuff packed for you is quite a luxury too!!!! Thanks everyone!! A good shopping experience and prices are cheaper than were used to.

My purse was stolen today, the thief went to this store and purchased 6, $500 Visa gift cards from the U Scan line successfully today with my stolen credit cards within 10 minutes. No questions asked, no one asked to check ID, nothing. When we traced this back to the Plantation Market HT and I asked the manager why weren’t these transactions questioned or ID checked I was told “we we’re really busy when he came in”. Even the police office said he has tried to advise store managers about not having safety measures in the U scan lines, yet Harris Teeter has not implemented any safety measures. A corporation this size should be doing all it can to ensure credit card fraud is not happening on their premises yet instead our concerns are falling on deaf ears. Think twice before you shop here.

5 dollar sushi on Friday is good just wish they had a better selection

Great place for grocery shopping! They put out freshly cooked foods on regular (chicken, sushi, deli, salad bar). Plenty of parking available. They got this thing called VIC card, it lets you save up couple dollars every once in a while.

Just what you would expect from a Harris Teeter. This one is a little grungier than others but still great selection and everything is easy to find. Open 24 hours a day which means its one of the only places you can buy food after 10pm in south Charlotte 🤷 Although if you do happen to be here around 10pm all the isles will be filled with restocking boxes and the staff will be working in a freakishly quiet frenzy as their shifts come to an end. They will try hard not to notice you and you will try hard to access the frozen foods but neither of you will succeed.

Love their dessert selections and their bakery. Little overpriced to compare to the other stores.

Great neighborhood grocery store! The prices are the prices but the staff is the real winner here! Great, friendly people that are always smiling. Location is the reason I shop here and it’s easy for me to get in and out quickly so I can get home after work.

This store is a little dated. Needs a clean up & new lighting ( its a little dark ). Sad to say they were & have been out of my italian creamer, but employees are very polite.

I am always a satisfied customer when I shop at HT. Every retail store should be as well run, organized and maintained. I have yet to visit any of their locations that have disappointed me....I would give them 5 stars instead of 4....but I am leaving room for improvement....just so I post more positive comments.....a great store.

Harris Teeter has great VIC weekly specials and is a well stocked store. I usually have no problem finding exactly what I need and the prices are competitive with Publix.

Its a normal Harris Teeter but every time Ive went there, the workers seem very annoyed and irritated.

Staff is friendly and very rarely are they put of stock on items I want. Good quality meats. You can get a good, thick cut steak and prices are competitive.

They dont enforce masks, and employee didnt wear one

This is a larger store and has many more varieties of whatever youre looking for. It is clean, bright, well organized and the employees are top notch. Theyre friendly, helpful and cheerful. I will be back to this particular store because of the excellent experience I had today.

Love this place. Very friendly staff. Since I had my newborn I often times will use the drive-up service. Very friendly polite and they always get the order correct. They pick out better fruit than I do.

This is a well stocked, clean grocery store. I find my go to items are cheaper here than anywhere else. Fresh produce, and good butcher. There is a florist on site, and a pizza counter and sushi counter for quick togo items. Worth going for lunch on the go.

Customer service is above the rest of other markets. Employees go out their way to speak & make sure it needs are met. Aside from great service the store is clean & fully stocked. Simply exceptional

I was in the express lane on 7/22/18 for a 6:30 PM pick up. A young male Caucasian gave us a menacing, racist look. A few minutes later, my husband and son saw the same young male - (that we unfortunately ended up getting) bring our groceries out-drop our 2.5 dozen HT eggs on the sidewalk and place them back in the cart. He then ran our card, put it all the groceries in my trunk and pretended nothing happened. He didnt even let us know what happened or offered to replace them.We had to pull over and park the vehicle, so that I could check it out. The majority of the eggs were broken and yolk was spilling out into the trunk of my car. I didnt have time to go inside and shop, but had to go inside to Customer Service. I informed an African American young lady of what happened, she paused and asked me if we wanted her to go get me more eggs? Of course we did. No manager came out and the employee wasnt questioned or reprimanded.Safe to say, I wont be returning to this store. Harris Teeters are typically great at customer service, but not this one today!

Manger Tom Isham (sp?) was WONDERFUL. Heres why: Last Thursday prior to going on vacation I purchased a bottle of wine to take with me. Even though it had not been opened and was secure during travel, it somehow leaked ALL OVER my clothes...Just before attending a wedding. So when back in town, I went in to find out if I had a recourse to contact the winery or anything. While they arent responsible for manufacturing packaging malfunctions and cant compensate for them (and obviously alcohol wasnt something he was permitted to offer), he still came up with an alternate way to make up for the loss because hed seen me before and valued me as a customer. It made my day and cemented me as a customer and I wanted to share it here since Ive apparently gotten 22,000 views on my reviews. (Dear Harris Teeter, hang on to this guy because he truly cares!) Thanks Tom!!

I love the store but I was treated rudely by the same employee in the deli named Eric three times. One where he raised his hand at me to shut up while I was asking about a special order I placed. This was captured on video and acknowledged by store manager as wrong. However they refuse to suspend or release him, makes me feel that the corporate policy there approves disrespect of woman and customers in general

Its a nice store but the staff is a bit unfriendly. I had one guy tell me the price on the tag of an item was probably wrong when it rang up incorrectly. Didnt even offer to check or help in any way, just stared at me.

Harris teeter is an awful company that treats their employees terribly. As a past employee of this store, the best thing I ever did was quit. The managers were atrocious and I’m sure still are. Just go to Publix, they have a lot more with much better service.

A very good local Harris Teeter typical of other grocery stores in this chain. I preferred it to Publix which is across the street, as Harris Teeter seems to have better prices easier to find things and better specials.

Never a good experience at the deli. The lady that assist in making breakfast is very unpleasant and rude. Maybe, they are under-staffed and she is over-worked but it feels unwelcoming every time. Very poor shopping experiences that happen often at this location. Biggest disappointmentioned is the management at this location. Rude staff only know what is taught of them. Awful experience with the store manager, Carla today. What Carla doesnt realize is that her job relies on better customer service especially with all the local competition moving in! Will take my annual shopping expenses of $16,000 to Publix instead.

This Harris Teeter is exactly OK. Ive been treated VERY rudely by employees here, the worst waiting for a sandwich while the fat manager picked through the sandwich toppings and sampled them without even acknowledging my presence, and very well by employees, including the butcher doing some great custom cuts. The selection is good, but its not the Arboretum. Its always too busy, it reminds me of Walmart. Not enough check outs open ever. But the staff are almost always friendly and helpful, and they are usually pretty well stocked and priced. They sure arent Publix, though. Thats their only problem.
